Summary
Very loosely based on a prompt I saw on Tumblr: “give me the fic where it was Steve who was in love with Bucky and Bucky didn’t reciprocate in that way and had never been able to feel that way so had went overboard with the ladykiller persona in the 30s to try and let Steve down”.
Steve had tasked Sam with finding the love of his life after the events of Winter Soldier, and Sam just had to go and fall in love with him. Queue Bucky fucking it up completely and Sam hating him for it.

Summary
In the modern world, where the creatures of myth live side-by-secret-side with mundane humanity, Steve Rogers is one of the gifted humans who straddles the line between mythfolk and mundane, and he's never told anyone about the day he healed a dragon.
Living in the city in human form, Bucky's managed to shed most of dragon-kind's more unpleasant tendencies, but he's never quite managed to shake the tendency to get attached, especially not when it comes to the healer who saved his life.
When healers start going missing, Bucky will do anything to make sure Steve isn't one of them, something that would be a hell of a lot easier if Steve could stand the sight of him. Of course, Steve might feel differently if he knew Bucky was the dragon he'd saved all those years ago.

As the elevator carried them back down to their floor, he started chuckling.Steve gave him a look of concern.
Bucky waved it away. "Just thinking. Curse of the Were-cock'd probably make a lousy movie."

The three basic things you need for a valid contract are: offer and acceptance, intention to be bound, and valuable consideration. These rules apply whether you're selling a house, a car...or a soul.
Steve was a law student. He didn't need to take Latin, but he'd gotten the strange notion into his head that it'd give him a deeper understanding of the law. One mistranslated assignment later and he'd accidentally offered to sell his soul to a demon named Bucky. Steve had no intention of selling his soul, but Bucky kept showing up and offering him different kinds of valuable consideration: fame, wealth, success, the usual things you'd expect in this sort of situation.
Steve didn't want any of it.
The only problem was, Steve was starting to want something from Bucky...but it had nothing to do with valuable consideration and everything to do with Bucky.

PART II: The city of Townsville's most notorious villains are set free again, and the Powerpuff Girls are called upon to "save the day" once more. Now 16, Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup find their once unbreakable sibling bonds being put to the ultimate test.
PART III: The Powerpuffs continue to find themselves the target of unrelenting evils that seek to destroy them for good. He’s not sure what makes him do it – maybe some last ditch attempt to break this weirdness between them – but Sam picks up the remaining slice of pizza and stuffs the whole thing into his mouth.
“What last slice?” he asks thickly, through his mouthful of pizza crust.
A smile breaks onto Bucky’s face, and Sam thinks thank god. He holds his gaze, just a little too long, and is surprised when Bucky responds by glancing very deliberately down, running his eyes down Sam’s body. Holy fuck, what is this?
“Dick,” Bucky mutters after a moment, his eyes flicking back up to Sam’s face, and quirking an eyebrow.

Bucky looks at Sam. Sam looks back at Bucky. Sam’s arms are crossed over his chest, his forearms bare. Bucky carefully doesn’t look at Sam’s forearms, or the way his t-shirt is pulled tight over his shoulders, straining just a little at the seams. Bucky’s not looking at that at all. He makes eye contact, careful to keep his face neutral.
Sam’s eyes are soft and dark. Maybe a little amused. He has very long eyelashes.
Bucky swallows hard.
“Great,” he says. “That’s just— great.”
