It's exactly as the title says, but with so much more humor, clichés, and Stray Kids being absolutely whipped for Chan.
And while Chan does die and is suddenly reincarnated as a Duke in a story he read right before his death, at least in this life he gets to be romanced by seven boys-
Maybe he can also change the story and save the world along the way.(aka, Chan is a supposedly villainous Duke who is looking for a fiancé, but instead he meets the escorts of those candidates as Chan falls for them, but they fall for Chan even harder.)

There's so many moments and challenges that Jisung can live through in a year.

But that same year can give as well as take, and Jisung is given more than he could ever have hoped for.
And it all happens in a year.AKA (Jisung goes through many losses in a year, but when he meets Stray Kids, he realizes there is always a way for things to get better. Stray Kids do their best to make things better, and easier on Jisung. This connection eventually leads to more.)

The same applies to when Chan suddenly finds himself hanging from a tree by a few vines, while a muscular fairy watches on in amusement.
Chan just simply, accepts it for what it is.
And he accepts this fairy's antics for what they are as well.
Except, Chan has never dealt with something this simple before.
Something as simple as pure, passionate pleasure.
