Tommy's room was boring and lame. This was a travesty and a crime.
So anyway, what better way to fix that then by committing a minor crime or two of his own? Surely the turtles wouldn't miss an object or two from their rooms. It is for the great great cause of making Tommy happy, which obviously means it is the correct thing to do.
AKA, Tommy recruits Ranboo and Michael into committing mild theft with him and then gets taught an unexpected moral lesson he did not ask for, thank you very much. Takes place in between chapter 4 & 5 of Absolution.

Okay, then.” He raised a hand, and took off his mask, revealing his face in a smooth motion that made Tommy’s heart jolt. “Nice to meet you, mysterious visitor. I’m Dream. Welcome to the Hunt.”

Or, after an accidental portal disaster, Tommy ends up on a Server far from the Dream SMP, and meets three hunters whose only objective seems to be killing Dream, and a much different version of Dream, whose only objective seems to be staying alive. Using his good hand, he shifted forward, using all his strength to put weight on one foot, and…
Nothing. He had no strength in his legs right now. He tried again, and again, and each time, they would give way, and another twinge would ripple upwards. On his last attempt, his foot slipped, almost sending him face-first into the dirt. Standing up on his own, let alone walking, was out of the question right now.
Crawling, one-armed, a great distance with very little strength? That wasn’t sensible either. No, right now, all Flowery could do was… stay put.
What a laugh. He was just as useless as a flower.
(That wasn’t right. Flowers weren’t useless… But like this, with no one to see him, what good was he?)
He sighed, feeling the exhaustion catch back up to him. Shuffling into a comfortable position as best he could, Flowery took one deep breath,and called for help.

When Flowery reawakens at the world's end, he finds his injuries too debilitating to move. Left all alone, he can only reminisce on times past, and hope that someone, anyone, will find him.

Rocky sat in his xenonite ball, his legs tucked up and asleep in an attempt to speed up healing from an accident. Rocky is asleep. Rocky is sleeping and injured and Grace's only way of effectively communicating with unknown Eridians is broken.
