Summary
Controlling magic is difficult, especially when you're a teenager who just wants to show his friend a cool trick. After Merlin accidentally burns down an old hen house, Hunith goes in desperate search of someone who can help her son learn to control it. She finds a clan of druids who are all too happy to accept Merlin into the fold. Lead by the mysterious Veleda, these druids are not all as they seem.
Years later, Merlin makes a mad dash for the safety of Camelot and runs into Prince Arthur (literally). Once in Camelot, Merlin finds friends and true love, but not even the walls and anti-magic laws of Camelot can keep him safe from the past he left behind.

Summary
Uther is enchanted by a troll, we know how that story goes. But what happens when he never cries tears of true remorse? What happens when the troll dies before Gaius and Merlin break the enchantment?
With Uther on he warpath, it falls to Arthur to try to protect the people of Camelot from Uther’s paranoia and ever increasing greed. But when Uther not only revokes Arthur’s title, but disowns him, the danger Arthur is in increases. In a bid for his life, he flees Camelot.
It doesn’t stop there. Now the famed Witch Hunter Aredian is on his trail, and it’s up to Merlin and a charming scoundrel in a tavern to get word to Arthur in time to save him from Aredian.

Summary
Someone is out to destabilize Camelot again. Their plot of choice? A love potion. But what happens when a love potion meant for Arthur ends up being taken by Uther instead? A lot of embarrassing things, that's what.
Merlin must race against the clock to free Uther from enchantment before Merlin himself becomes Arthur's step-father.

Summary
Merlin and Gwaine spend their days bopping around kingdoms, performing for the masses in exchange for petty coin. Their most popular show by far is when Merlin pretends to be Dragoon; an Oracle of the Old Religion. He is in no way a Seer. Sometimes they perform for room and board, but people often give them payment for his prophecies. When a tavern owner gives Merlin a ring for payment, everything changes.
Turns out the ring was haunted by the ghost of Queen Ygraine Pendragon. Merlin may have magic, but he was not prepared for this. Now Ygraine is threatening to haunt Merlin for the rest of his life if he doesn't travel to Camelot to protect her son Arthur.
He goes to Camelot, and it turns out that Arthur is a huge pain in the ass. But he's also kind and does his best for his people, and that has Merlin and Gwaine falling for him.
If only Merlin didn't have to contend with a genocidal king and political plot involving the Kingdom of Magic.
