He would step inside the kitchen of their brownstone and make coffee for his fiancé before putting the kettle on and make himself a cup of tea. He would tease Alex from time to time about their wedding night “underwear”, and it would probably end with one of them on his knees, succumbing to love, lust, and pleasure altogether. But those are just a few of the moments missing from their domestic life in New York.
Or Henry finds out he’s a carrier and doesn’t know how to tell Alex, but that’s not the only thing he discovers when he flees to London.
