Summary
Waking up in a place he didn’t recognise with injuries he doesn't recall, Jazz already knew he was in it for the long run. At the very least, he knew these fundamental rules:
He was Jazz, he was an Autobot, and Optimus Prime was his leader.
Now, he just wished he could figure out who Optimus Prime was supposed to be.
Alternatively, Jazz wakes up with no memory of who he is, and decides that instead of coming clean about it, he's going to pretend he didn't have amnesia in the first place. This can only go well.

Jazz, TIC of the Autobots, assassin, spy, and interrogator extraordinaire, is the most feared mech in the Autobot ranks bar none - his very name makes Decepticons tremble, and brave mechen have terminated themselves rather than allow themselves to fall into his clutches. So when Soundwave, a young Decepticon communications officer, awakens after months of constant torture at the hands of an Autobot base commander to find himself and his cassettes in the Autobot HQ's medbay with Jazz standing over him, he can hardly control his terror - he's held out for so long, but this is a fight he can't hope to win, and he knows it.
Meanwhile, Jazz feels terrible about what's happened to the young mech. He had nothing to do with the torture, certainly didn't authorize it, but it still happened - and the terror he can teek in the young mech's field doesn't help with the guilt. Still, Jazz wants the carrier for the Autobots, bad - he's clearly talented, has a strong and loyal clade, and would obviously make a fine agent, if he can be flipped.
So begins a terrifying experience for Soundwave, desperately struggling to protect his clade as Jazz determinedly... treats them with an unexpected degree of mercy?

After spending weeks floating aimlessly in the Prison Dimension, Leon comes to terms with the fact that he will likely never see his family again. Of course, that’s when a portal decides to swallow him whole and spit him out into a desolate wasteland, just as lonely as before but with more gravity and fewer aliens. He desperately wants to just lie down and succumb to the wounds left by the Kraang, to go to sleep and let the sweet release of death wash over his mind, but when he meets a past version of himself, a child at the very most, he must do what he can to keep himself and…himself alive.
Of course, it only gets more confusing when they meet a future Leo as well.

Ever wary of mechs, Red Alert is torn between believing that the strange, young Praxian indeed had no memory of who or what he was or that the mech would turn on him and kill him in his recharge.
With the war a few vorns in and with no end in sight, the two start their journey to the border in hopes of freedom...that is if they survive.

Optimus quickly holds his servos up in surrender, like Sari taught them too after the misunderstanding with the police. “Hold on!” He yells out, a bit tense.
The red mech stares at him for a moment before scowling. “It’s another Prime clone.” He grumbles out. “Not even a good one!” So this is Ironhide. That name sounds oddly familiar, though he can’t entirely place why.
“Are you sure it’s a Prime clone? If the Decepticons were going to pull this again they’d make it perfect, wouldn’t they?” The green mech asks, at least having some caution. Optimus is grateful for that, at least.
