Astarion calls Halsin back to Baldur's Gate, saying there is a situation that requires Halsin urgently. On arrival, Halsin finds out that Tav is six months pregnant and furious at him for not letting her go with him post-victory. Now Halsin must mend the damage he accidently created.
"“Astarion, tell me you didn’t insist on me coming to try and convince me to go to that party. I already told you no.” She was chatting on her way in, smiling but her voice was firm and her hand extended. Astarion winked across the room to Halsin as he slipped the drink he’d prepared into Tav’s waiting hand.
“Would I ever try to convince you to do something you don’t want to, my dear? Honestly, Halsin, she’s being quite naughty already and she doesn’t even realize you’re here. Shall we tie her up for old time’s sake?” His silvery eyebrows arched and Astarion’s mouth rose in a smug smirk. “We trust you, Halsin” she said softly. “But for your comfort, we’ve decided to pretend that we don’t. I want all of you, just as you are, and I want you to know that nothing you can do would frighten or disgust me.”

Before Buffy jumped to her death in “The Gift”, she slept with Spike. When Willow resurrects her, she essentially re-animates Buffy’s dead cells – including Spike’s sperm, traces of which are still in her body.
In other words, not only does the spell resurrect her, but it also gets her pregnant.

Summary
After Liu Kang defeats the One Being and sunders the realms once more, the consequences ripple out for the warriors who fought to survive.
In Between the Ridiculous and the Sublime, Sonya Blade has lessons to learn about life, love, and identity: it turns out sometimes pushing through the pain alone isn't the best way to recover. When she learns to accept help and how to bridge the two warring sides of her heart, she finds things might actually be easier with someone else to rely on.
In Legacies of Memory and Dust, the consequences of family play hard for Kitana and the twice-orphaned Liu Kang as they recruit two friends to help manage the royal wedding and the worry of a nascent resistance. Johnny, bored and desperately dodging conflict with his narcissistic father, is ready to plan parties and do whatever it takes to prove he can hack it in the OWIA as a diplomat. Especially if it means foiling a rebellion, bouncing between realms, and confronting his own emotional baggage around what makes a family.
