Summary
One of Alastor’s lesser known traits is that of his extensive hearing abilities. Being the Radio Demon, he has long since been able to attune himself to each and every frequency, and no gossip inside the Pride Ring is able to slip from his notice for long. If he wants to hear it, he will. The arrangement allows for a great deal of eavesdropping, for listening in on his enemies’ weaknesses and his allies’ fears.
Inevitably since Lucifer’s explosive entrance to the hotel, Alastor has been paying quite a bit of his spare attention to the ruler of Hell.
Although recently, another sound accompanies Lucifer.
Crying.
In which the Radio Demon can hear everything that happens in the Pride Ring and is burdened with knowing that the King of Hell has been softly crying much too often lately.
Taking place after season 2’s finale.

Summary
“He had planned this particular pitch for over two months, and had finally perfected it. This was probably the most important, and risky, proposal he had ever done. Trying to get the Radio Demon to be his boyfriend. He would have to present his heart on a silver platter, to a cannibal, and hope it didn’t get torn to pieces. Well, go big or go home.”
A rewrite of Vox and Alastor’s backstory where Vox makes a very different kind of offer, and where they actually try to communicate

Summary
“Alastor… let me help you.”
After being rescued from Vee Tower, Alastor locked himself away in his room at the hotel. And so began Lucifer’s new ritual, desperate for Alastor to know there was someone on the other side of that cold bedroom door. Every day he spoke through the wood, and every day he received no answer. But Lucifer could wait. He would spend days talking to an empty hallway. Weeks memorizing the touch of a door that never opened pressed against his back. Months watching shadows shaped like the two of them play along the walls, keeping each other company in the absence of Alastor.

Summary
When Mahal himself offers to send Thorin back to the start of the quest to save the line of Durin, he is determined to make amends for all of the mistakes he made the first time around.
When Bilbo wakes up in Bag End eighty years in the past, all he knows is that he has somehow been given the chance to see his beloved dwarves again and he'll be damned if he doesn't take it.
Both dwarf and hobbit are desperate to prevent the quest from ending in tragedy, but neither will be able to do it on their own. They'll need to work together if they want to keep the entire Company alive and whole --but first they need to realize that they are not alone in their efforts, and they have to stop getting in each other's way at every turn they make.
Hopefully, they'll learn some things this time that they failed to learn before. And maybe, just maybe, they'll find their happy ending that both have been yearning for.

Small moments often add up to something very big:
An enemy decides to exact revenge on Peter, and Neal Burke is taken.
Peter is utterly helpless, but Neal Caffrey, apparently, isn't.This work is part of a series because it's part of a holiday prompt list that I wanted to keep grouped. There's no need to read the previous parts, this is a standalone story.

What A Suit Should Know (And A Mozzie Shan't Tell) by Deathpetal

Summary
Mozzie knew it was going to be a long shot, getting the Suit to read between the lines. But loathe as he was to admit it, the agent had a right to know what really happened to their friend. One could argue, in a completely philosophical nature of course, that Mozzie was honor bound to rectify that situation. For both his friend’s and his own benefit. There was one tiny issue with that; he’d promised Neal he wouldn’t tell. But if the Suit figured it out, Mozzie supposed that wouldn’t be telling, would it?

Summary
One second, Diana and Jones are celebrating the takedown of the Panthers and sorting out paperwork. The next, after a phone call from Peter that changes everything, they're staring at each other in shock, unable to comprehend what this means going forward. Unable to believe that Neal Caffrey's luck had finally run out.
—
For some reason, the idea of Neal dying had just… never occurred to him. He’d taken him for granted, a constant around the office, amazingly intelligent and charmingly irritating and frustratingly likeable and seemingly invincible.
—
There was a silence around the office like Diana had never heard.
It was like the very walls of the office were grieving the loss of Neal Caffrey.
