At last, their four-year separation is over, and they're living together in the City of Love.
But Hannibal has unfinished business with the men who killed Mischa, and his uncle's death brings information to light that opens a doorway to revenge. But should he risk everything -- including Will -- to seek retribution? He's still plagued with flashbacks and unresolved trauma, and only Will can protect him from the memories that threaten to poison his mind.

“That was, ah… our f-first fight,” Will panted as Hannibal tongued along his throat.

Plagued by nightmares, Will flips on the TV to a weird antenna public access channel, just to have something to help him fall asleep. In the twilight between unconsciousness and waking, he sees a strange commercial that must have been a dream. The next morning, determined to investigate, he discovers a strip mall that, unbeknownst to him, is owned by Hannibal Lecter and features businesses such as Stammets Mushroom Boutique and Queen Bee Acupuncture. But the strangest establishment by far is owned by Mr. Jones -- a restaurant flanked by dancing mascots called Jones Good Ass Barbecue, where each customer gets a foot massage from Georgia with any purchase.
But Hannibal recognizes Will from Tattlecrime.com. Is our intrepid profiler in danger? Or only in danger of getting the best foot massage of his life?
