Summary
Hardly anyone smoked anymore these days, so it wasn’t really a rare occurrence for it to be just the two of them in there. Usually, they coexisted in silence; sometimes amicably, sometimes tensely, but always without a word. Azuma clearly expected it to be the same now, even despite the state he saw Kuji in earlier that day.
Leaning against the other wall and making a point of looking away, Azuma rummaged around in his pocket for his own pack and lighter. Tapping the box on his forearm, a cigarette popped out, which he stretched his neck down to pull into his mouth with his teeth. Kuji gulped thickly, jealous of both of Azuma for being able to smoke, and the cigarette for being between Azuma’s lips.
Kuji gets bad news and runs out of lighter fluid to boot. Azuma helps with both.

4) Togawa's early morning milk drinking habit backfires on him. - “Something is wrong with your milk, Nozue,” Togawa was hunched over the sink, wiping off the last remnants of his swig with the back of his hand. Curious, Nozue held his hand out to be given the carton.
5) Togawa very abruptly gets an affectionate nickname. Togawa pried his hands off, holding them suspended between them, “Me?” Biting his lip, Nozue nodded, “It’s what I call you. In my head.”

Hand hovering over the options, he settled on two of the largest size [coffee] bags. Kuji had given him spare cash to pay with, so there was no reason not to buy in bulk. Tucking them into the crook of his arm, he thumbed through the bills Kuji had given him, “Five hundred... four.... three hundred yen left.”
When he got to the register, he laid his items on the counter. Before he could hand over his cash to pay, the small display freezer caught his eye; a box of bulk popsicles on sale for two hundred yen. Recalling the heat outside, and looking at the bills in his hand, he reached inside to grab it, adding to his total. Kuji typically let him pocket the change if it wasn’t too much, so it should be fine, right?
...he tried not to think about how that both made him feel like a kept man and a small child all at once.
“Your change sir. Have a very nice day.”
Azuma runs and errand and buys some ice pops.

Summary
Despite this being his house, despite Azuma slumbering on his couch, he felt that same urge to run that he did that first night. The same fear crept up his spine. Whatever he... didn't have with Azuma was supposed to be over eight years ago, left behind in a hotel room.
He resisted the urge to brush Azuma’s hair aside when he rose, movements stilted to minimize the noise he made. If he did that, touched his bare skin one more time, his determination would crumble.
This was the end. It had to be.

It was early. Shao Peng knew six months was too early to want to get married. He had made several friends at work who had said they thought a year was pushing it.
“You hardly know a person that soon,” one woman bemoaned into his phone at a department dinner. She was a few drinks in, “I wasn't ready yet!”
He pat her shoulder, typing, “Everyone has their own pace.”
And he believed that. Everyone had their own pace, and his and Zi Xiang's just happened to be faster than others. The worry that you don't entirely know someone that soon wasn't even a consideration; he felt like they shared one mind, at times. When Zi Xiang signed to him, it spoke directly to his heart, creating a deeper understanding that most couples could only dream of.

Imagining what Aresh’s and Seiichirou’s first time could have been like if it wasn’t fade to black and we got some smut.
“Open your mouth,” Aresh said tersely as he swiped his thumb over the otherworlder’s oddly plump lower lip.The dazed expression on his face remained even as Aresh coaxed a kiss out of him. He plunged his tongue even deeper into the otherworlder’s mouth. It was like a furnace as the otherworlder’s sluggish tongue slid against his own. Realistically, Aresh knew the more contact they had the better so he encouraged the mutual exploration.
When Aresh pulled back the otherworlder only stared at him with lips now a little more plump and a lot more wet. His eyes were doe-like and slick, incredibly vulnerable. Aresh’s heart panged.
“We’ll have to do much more than this,” Aresh said in an effort to comfort him.
The otherworlder nodded dutifully. As if he was a penitent soldier or a hopeless martyr. Aresh knew he was saving the man’s life but he felt vile. If he could at least bring the otherworlder some pleasure then this wouldn’t have to be so painful.
