In the midst of his heat, Jacaerys Velaryon approaches Aemond Targaryen with a tempting offer. Well, it might have been tempting had it come from literally anyone else.
“You are a nightmare,” Jacaerys sighed, and Aemond could no longer resist the urge to laugh, parting his lips in a vicious grin, teeth sharp and eyes glittering with malice.
“I’m your nightmare now,” he said. “Bound by blood and soon by bond and vow. That was your bargain, Jacaerys. Your scheme, and now, your problem. I suggest you fix it, and quickly, for if I find myself pledged to some Lannister idiot five times removed from the rock, I will hold you personally responsible.” His smile widened, growing deadly. “And who’s to say what I might do then.”
Jacaerys, much to Aemond’s surprise, suddenly looked rather amused—as if following some private joke. He leaned in just a little closer, the scent of salt, smoke, and pine following close behind.
“It’s Jacaerys, now is it?” He asked. “What happened to ‘bastard’?”

Right before the start of the season he meets Jake Seresin, the new in-game host and social media admin. Jake has a smile that lights up the sun, an ass that Bradley could stare at for hours, and abs that go for days. Most important? He does not seem to give a shit about the fact that Bradley’s one of the best shortstops in the game.
Jake Seresin did not expect to end up in fucking Missouri of all places, but after 4 years in the Navy to pay for a Public Relations and Communications degree? He’s gonna fucking use it. So Imagine his surprise when a moustached hunk runs into him in the tunnels of Busch Stadium. Literally. Jake won’t lie he’d climb the man in front of him like a tree, and might actually if he lets him. The only problem? He doesn’t even know what a shortstop does?
When Bradley finds out Jake doesn’t know the difference between a foul post and a goal post he makes it his mission to make Jake fall in love with the sport that changed his life. He never imagined he’d get Jake falling for him instead. He wasn’t going to complain.

A sob tore itself from San Lang’s throat when the realization finally stuck with him. Then another when he felt the already familiar pull of ascension. In a burst of panic, San Lang used spiritual energy to turn the body snuggled in his arms into ashes and then willed them to take a form of a diamond ring. The ashes mended themselves to his will very willingly then almost made his palm burn when he gripped them too tight. That was the last thing he did before he once again appeared in the Heavenly Capital.
He stayed, this time. Somebody had to take care of all the trash up here.
