When the woman starts to ask about her papa, Antonia knows that she should leave and tell him everything but for some reason, she stays.
It ends up saving her.

After they field off every news network on the East Coast, Alexei wastes no time leaving for Maryland with a tight hug for Yelena and the intent of bringing his things to the new headquarters. John says something about checking in on the wife and kid, but nobody wants John around anyway.
Bucky catches the way Yelena’s shoulders deflate after the goodbye hug, and the exhaustion in Ava’s eyes she’s no longer bothering to hide.
“I have a place in Brooklyn,” he finds himself offering. “It’s got no cable but it does have guest beds. And company, if you want it.”
Ava and Yelena look at each other, and then they shrug.

Unlike most people with Soul Dreams, Remus doesn’t see a variety of things like schoolwork, trips to the park, and a multitude of friends. Instead, he sees a boy. A tiny boy with silver eyes who curls into the arms of Remus’ soulmate for warmth and protection from the monsters living inside their home.
Over time, Remus begins to grow fond of the boy with silver eyes, seeing him as his own kin and he proudly carries those memories with him, always eager to see more of his brilliant soulmate through how he interacts with the boy.
And then he meets the boy with silver eyes.
