When nine heroes were brought together on an adventure, they'd thought that that was all that they were; nine heroes, nine brothers, nine Links, all called to save the world together, as a team.
When evidence starts to indicate that one of them is more than that though, each hero takes it upon himself to defend his new knowledge and the brother that it concerns, unbeknownst to the rest. The Chain had been fighting the shadow for months now, each time they had found it, it always managed to slip away. After the incident with Twilight the chain was careful around it. Avoiding it's hits more carefully than any other. However, after a series of ambushes the links were tired. Their reaction time was slowed to an all time low, low on energy, food, potions and magic.
There was no way everyone could dodge it's attacks..

Or, actually.... there are all of those things, but the difference is that they're prisoners, not adventurers, and the prize for escaping the dungeon isn't a tool, it's the veteran's life.

As Warriors unrolled the paper, his and Legend’s brows furrowed as the paper continued to grow longer and longer. Eventually, Warriors just let the rest roll out on its own.
Ignoring the length, the two read the words at the top of the paper.
“Things you need to do… list made by Wild, Time, Malon, and Hyrule,” Legend mumbled as he read aloud. It didn’t even need to take long before it dawned on the two what this long scroll was.
“Are you telling me this is the list of chores we have to do?!” Legend yelled as he ripped the paper out of the captain’s hands and started inspecting it.

Yup that's Raph. Wait, he should say something. Right. What was the customary thing to say after answering the phone?
“...H-helooo.”
Nailed it. Well not really. His voice came out a bit too quiet, slurred, weak. Not like himself at all. He could at least recognize that between the obnoxious throbbing in his head. But he was sick, at least pretty sure he was sick; the softshell decided to give himself a break on this one. (spoiler alert: he was not sick)
