Summary
When Simon died on the blood moon, his problems should have been over. When Simon fell into the ocean on Erid, his problems were just beginning.
Mutated into an aquatic body he doesn't understand, his memories lost behind an endless sea of blood, Simon is drawn to the only other person he sees outside his new home: Ryland Grace.
Grace is adjusting to life on Erid when his biodome is invaded by an unknown lifeform. A lifetime of curiosity cannot be contained and Grace begins to strike up a friendship with Simon.
But there's more to Simon than meets the eye, and as the two grow closer, Simon begins to suspect that something else might be using him for its own purposes, endangering not only Grace and Erid, but the entire universe.

Traumatized, done with everything, and ready to run away, Nico joins the Waynes at the Manor.

Summary
Grace is pulled into a strange, dead universe while returning home from Tau Ceti and needs to find a way back home not just for himself but everyone else. Only one person can possibly help him and is not a person the C.O.I is all that willing to let out again.
In which Simon was rescued from the blood ocean while mutated and has been put back in C.O.I custody and experimented on and Grace is pulled into the Iron Lung universe on his trip back to Earth
Note: In this AU there was no taumoeba leak, Rocky made it home just fine (or, well, he's still traveling but he will get there and reunite with Adrian and be a happy little Rock who saved his world)

Simon is teleported into the Med Bay of the Hail Mary shortly before mutating into a tree in the submarine, he is confused and meets Grace and Rocky who he is skeptical of at first but warms up to them and is happy to be anywhere but in the submarine. But then Grace's life, Rocky, and the Hail Mary itself is in danger and Simon must overwork himself in order to save them both.

“She’ll never claim me,” he whispered. Silena shook her head, eyes wild as she looked around for anyone who could be watching.
“My mother doesn’t remember half of her children as it is,” she said with a note of bitterness. “If you do something to impress her, it won’t matter. Return the bolt in her name. She’ll claim you if you act the part. If you stay unclaimed then they'll figure out what you really are," she said, squeezing his hands tightly. Percy's heart sped up.
"I - I don't know the first thing about Aphrodite-"
"My mother was born of sea foam," Silena cut him off. "And if you're really who I think you are... you are the sea. You can pull this off," she said and touched his cheek. "Get the bolt. Survive," she said. Percy swallowed.
"What if I can't act the part?" He asked. Silena's expression went blank for a moment. Slowly, she slipped off her bracelet and placed it in his hands.
"If you're going to be one of us... you better learn."

But instead of a frazzled and defiant Hazel behind the door, it was Percy Jackson.
Jason froze where he was standing, his mind blank with shock. Percy looked like he always did: his black hair was rumpled, his sea green eyes were bright, and his face was calm and confident.
