Summary
Four years ago, Shalla-Bal threw herself between Earth and the Devourer of Worlds, vanishing in a blaze of sacrifice. Now, she’s back—undying, untouchable, and cold as the void.
Haunted by the planets she marked for death, unable to eat, sleep, or feel warmth, she returns to the last place she saved, not for redemption—but for release. She asks only one thing of the man who once learned her language to speak her name: help her die.
But Johnny Storm remembers. Not the Herald of Galactus, not the Silver Surfer, but the woman who once saved his life. And he refuses to let her go.
As old scars burn and new powers rise, Shalla must confront the memory of who she was, the daughter she left behind, and the heat of a man who may yet teach her how to feel again.
A story about second chances, cosmic power, and the slow, stubborn act of choosing to live.

Summary
Alright. Back to basics. It’s a task and a half to ruminate sometimes. Thanos had taught her a great deal, and the rest of the Guardians the more important things, but self-reflection is something none of them knows a flarking thing about.
Which is about as much as she knows about how to cope with those silent instants, times where the lash doesn’t come and all you’re left to do is wait in the dark and imagine the pain it’ll bring. If there had been any of those moments with Thanos, she’s long since forgotten them.///
Or, Nebula makes what might be the first affirming decision of her entire life, experiences some not-unexpected cognitive dissonance, and steadies herself with Rocket.

Summary
"Galadriel was the greatest of the Noldor, except Fëanor maybe, though she was wiser than he, and her wisdom increased with the long years. Her mother-name was Nerwen ("man-maiden"), and she grew to be tall beyond the measure even of the women of the Noldor; she was strong of body, mind, and will, a match for both the loremasters and the athletes of the Eldar in the days of their youth. Even among the Eldar she was accounted beautiful, and her hair was held a marvel unmatched." - Unfinished Tales, The History of Galadriel and Celeborn
This is the story of Artanis Nerwen, later known as Galadriel. The story of how she left, and how she came back, and all that happened in between.
(Nolde - a female Noldo.)
