Aang's loss is even more tragic in a world where the nations speak different languages. (Which is the more realistic world IMO but I digress.) He will never meet another native speaker of the Air Nomads' language until he has kids, and even then it won't be the same. All that culture and literature lost. Fuck man. The genocide of the Air Nomads is the single most tragic thing about ATLA to me.

Summary
Kyoshi, a therapist at Ember Institute, recieves a rather unique patient. An air nomad kid a few years post-genocides, admitted due to a seemingly random suicide attempt. Now it's her job, along with Yangchen and some others, to get this kid who's six feet deep in denial to actually face his trauma.
Basically a fic where Aang gets sent to a mental hospital and is forced to recieve therapy. Featuring Kyoshi and Yangchen as therapists, Kuruk as a nosy custodian, Roku as the manager of the place, Azula as Aang's roomate, and the gaang trying their best.
