Summary
He wasn’t born blind. Because of that, he could remember exactly what certain things looked like- could picture them clearly in his mind. The beautiful confusion of a crystal chandelier, the dark organic lines of polished wood, the center bright yellow of a flickering candle. Things his fingers would never be able to translate for him.
It meant that at 19, Sanji could navigate the world from a combination of memory and new sensory experiences. The scent and taste of paprika was that which he could still experience, while the red color remained lost to another time even if it was still, in fact, red. On good days if he opened his eyes and squinted for a long, long minute, he thought he could see the blur of that desert-sky spice through the white-blue tinge of glass, but maybe it was just his own imagination filling in blanks.
The lost color of paprika didn’t bother him. What bothered him was when people acted like this was some great loss on his part. He’d been pitied by enough customers when he was younger to fulfill a lifetime quota of pity, thank you very much. Granted, he’d walked into an awful lot of furniture in those days. At least now when he walked into furniture he did it in a really cool way.Bookmarked by Stigma_s

Summary
It starts with a stray.
Sanji's life is simple - he works and lives at the Baratie, he surrounds himself with good food and talented chefs, he feeds countless amounts of people every day, and he is content. But he is lonely. Everybody he knows was thrown together by circumstance and misfortune, by eighty-five days on The Rock and a shared dream. When Luffy barges into his life with all the tact of a seadragon, Sanji suddenly finds himself surrounded by someone who has chosen him, who has seen him in passing and been fed by him and decided - mine. This one, he's mine.
But Luffy and his friends are hiding a secret from Sanji, and it's for his protection, honestly, and he'd never believe them if they told him the truth. But there are some things out of Luffy's control, some people who would do anything to hurt him, even if that means changing Sanji's life in ways he would never imagine.
Sanji has always wanted friends. He just never expected that being friends with Luffy would be biting off more than he could chew.

The picture was a cheesy smile in front of a birthday cake. Sanji's blue eyes were more alight than the eighteen candles, looking right at the camera — at Zeff — with joy and love. Zeff's phone was ringing, and he'd been waiting for this call all day.
But he didn't want Sanji to know that, so he stared at the photo and let it ring five times before answering.
"What?" Zeff said, jamming the phone between his shoulder and ear, picking up the carrots and chopping away loudly.
"Shitty old man." Sanji's voice returned, and the tension fell out of Zeff's jaw.

Sanji has been keeping secrets.
It’s no big deal. The crew doesn’t need to know. Zoro doesn’t need to know, even as they get closer and closer, dangerously close. Chopper doesn’t need to know, because there’s nothing he can do about the war wounds that appear on his skin as if by magic.
He can deal with it. Even if others of his kind keep trying to out him on every island they visit. Because there’s secrets beyond his secrets, and if the crew knew he wasn’t human he might lose the one place where he feels at home.

Through mishaps and chaos, they get to know him more thoroughly than before, and in no time he reaches the age of seven.
But before the crew can stop this wacky devil fruit power from making their cook any younger, they've lost their grasp on this child to someone who recognizes him as a son of Germa. Before they have time to respond, this rapidly de-aging child with zero self worth is in danger.
And the devil fruit doesn't stop it's effects.
They had 19 days, and now it's 7.

Summary
Landing on another island, for the straw hats seemed like another day filled with adventure, and for poor Nami a new luxurious island like this meant heaps of money being spent. She wished she could relax, but not only was the feeling of being watched kind of irritating her but also the group of idiots she had in front of her eyes, disturbing the townspeople.
Then, just as Luffy bumped into a stranger, a hood over their head, Nami could tell they were smiling, maybe even smirking. That brought a horrible feeling of nausea over her whole body; she reached out to Luffy, but her screaming his name falling to deaf ears when Luffy apologized and disappeared. She let out a squeak of surprise before a blinding light swallowed the rest of the crew and she followed suit.
Not expecting to take a trip down memory lane.
