Summary
Given an opportunity Ozai sends Zuko to the Northern Watertribe as a gift of goodwill so that they would remain neutral. He expects zuko would remain imprisoned or die from execution or exposure. Unexpectedly the North’s royal family takes him in, raising him as Yue’s brother. It isn’t until years later that the North reconsiders their neutrality when the Avatars group arrive. Zuko is faced with the opportunity to return home or remain loyal to his newfound family.
Mostly focused on Zuko and Yue’s relationship and Northern Water Tribe Culture and world building. Zukka is introduced in later chapters. Some Yukka although it is one sided.

Avatar Aang was widely considered the greatest Avatar in the past millennia. At just twelve years old he prevented the genocide of his people, stymied all out war between the Earth Kingdom and the Fire Nation, and somehow stripped the Fire Lord behind these attempted atrocities of his bending. He did not remove Sozin’s family from power, despite the corruption. He watched them carefully. He had a solid grasp of all of the elements before even meeting his teachers. Aang was dedicated to peace and the sanctity of life. There was just one eccentricity that gave people pause…

Summary
Zuko remembered his past life-A hero of ice and fire, dedicated to protect the citizens. He was now an (exiled) Prince of the Fire Nation, tasked with an impossible mission to track down the missing Avatar. The Avatar, who was a master of the four Elements. Zuko could only use ice and fire, which were two elements too little but one too many for most Firebenders, so he was pretty sure he wasn't the Avatar he was looking for.
...Well, Zuko didn't care. He was busy helping the people as a hero, so the Avatar can go missing for a little while longer.

"WHAT?" Denki asked.
"That was because I was full of inner turmoil." Todoroki explained. This explained nothing.************

He also has a small red dragon draped over his shoulders.

But then the chief remembered the egg. He turned towards the nest and saw nothing.
The egg was supposed to hatch soon, but baby dragons couldn't survive for long if they were separated from their parents.
Raizen though wouldn't let whoever did this get away with it. With a look of determination, he looked at the two heartbroken dragons. "I will find your baby, I promise." He declared.
He knew he couldn't do it by himself. With that final thought, Raizen set a course towards the Fire Nation.Or
