Ilya knew this situation would happen at some point during their Caregiver/Little dynamic. They've been together for almost 10 years now and Ilya is just surprised he could go this long without a complete meltdown when he had to wash Shane's beloved blankie and Puck. Ilya never wanted to make Shane upset, but the comfort items looked like they were decades old with how dirty they were. One of Puck's arms was bit off at the end from Shane sucking and biting on the toy when he didn't have a pacifier with him, and poor blankie has been dragged around the house while Little Shane doesn't even realize how dirty the floor is.
