Summary
Draco Lucius Malfoy had imagined a great many futures for himself after the war.
For years, he had imagined Azkaban. A cell. A lifetime spent paying for choices he had made too young and too afraid to fully understand.
He had imagined exile. Being cast out of wizarding society entirely. Stripped of his wand. Left to exist, half-alive, in the Muggle world like a punishment that never quite ended.
He had never, not once, imagined that he might spend the final months of the year, the very same year the Dark Lord was killed... smoking weed with Harry Potter.
Regularly.

Summary
"I'm stuck in a time loop, reliving November 2nd. This is the 111th time I've lived through today."
Draco stilled. His moody eyes, the tension in his hands where he gripped onto his umbrella, the careful mask of blankness flickering over his face — everything about him was so difficult and so very dear to Harry.
"Ah," said Draco, "and?"

Summary
“Still not graduated, Harrington?”
It’s something Eddie would have said teasingly when they were teens. Steve would have smacked him on the shoulder, affectionately calling him an asshole before being pulled into an apologetic kiss. But they are not teenagers anymore and Eddie’s voice lacks any of the warmth that used to be reserved for Steve. Now, it’s just loaded with resentment, which, yeah, is a fair reaction.
“I…eh…work here now,” Steve says lamely and points at his office door. “Guidance counselor.”
or: 14 years after his first big heartbreak, Steve's life is relatively stable. It's been two years since the tragic incident that led to him becoming Dustin's guardian, both of them slowly healing. He is doing amazing at his job and his social life is great. Of course, that's when a person from Steve's past has to come and shake everything up.Series

Summary
“What I’m trying to say is that I want to be your first kiss, Eddie, if that’s okay with you,” Steve said, his voice earnest and face open with sincerity. Even in the dim light from the dashboard, his eyes still looked like summer sunshine. Eddie stared slack jawed at him for several heartbeats.
“That was the point of your whole speech thing?” he asked, feeling a bit bewildered.

Steve learns about rock music and D&D. Eddie learns about the finer points of being seduced by a Harrington. Vignettes from August through December in 1986.

Summary
“Rules. Like, there’ll be no eating in my car. You’re not driving my car. No heavy metal,” Steve keeps listing, “you’re not picking up women and fucking them in m-”
“I'll try to control myself,” Eddie interrupts with a quip, a smirk. Fucking girls in Steve’s car, or anywhere else for that matter, isn’t going to be an issue, unless something pretty fundamental shifts in him.
Steve continues, completely ignoring Eddie, “You’ll wipe your feet. You’re not dragging dirt all over my car. No hitchhikers. No cutesy road games. No smoking in the car. I’m not paying for all the gas.”
“Ass, gas or grass, got it,” Eddie says, like he's taking this very seriously. He is not taking this seriously.

Summary
Hopper’s plan is fucking insane. No, really—it’s nuts. Eddie’s got no idea why he even agreed to go along with it. Since he’s now the pariah of Hawkins, Indiana, Hopper’s ingenious plan is to ship Eddie across state lines. All the way to fucking Illinois. Oh, and that’s not the last of it! No, because they didn’t want to leave Eddie alone—it’s not that they don’t trust the guy they’re sending him to (apparently he can hold his own, or whatever), but they, apparently, don’t want the kid to feel lonely.
What a lovely sentiment.
Too bad it’s lead them to send Steve Harrington along with him to this stranger’s home-bound lockdown in fucking Illinois.
(OR, what I like to call: The Murrayfication of Steddie.)
