Summary
Kaveh stared at him for one beat too long, then said, “You’ve got to be kidding.”
Alhaitham didn’t turn. “Hello to you too.”
“You’re on the panel.”
“Yes.”
“And you’re back in Sumeru.”
“My residency ended.”
Kaveh exhaled through his nose. “Of course.”
A year after an awful blind date, Kaveh ends up on a university panel with Alhaitham. They haven’t spoken since, but now they’re forced back into each other’s proximity—first onstage, then over email, and eventually in person, again. It goes about as well as expected.

Summary
Mehrak may not be the smartest piece of machinery out there, but it is nothing if not devoted to its creator. Anything Kaveh asks of it, Mehrak will perform to the best of its capabilities.
One day, it finds itself presented with its greatest challenge yet: to make Kaveh “happy”.
In which Mehrak mistakes a throwaway comment from Kaveh as an order and does everything in its (regrettably limited) power to fulfill it. When it realizes that Kaveh’s happiness could lie with a certain roommate, it intends to throw everything it has into playing matchmaker.
(And if it learns a little bit more about itself along the way—well, all the better, right?)

Summary
The kinds of bad personalities you'd hate in real life are always extremely appealing in fiction. Or that's how Kaveh tries to defend all the fanart on his twitter account of Al-Haitham, the protagonist of the worst web novel ever written.
Flower of Paradise Lost is a coming of age turned political drama turned stallion novel. Its lack of commitment to one genre, elementary-level prose, and terribly written characters make it borderline unreadable. Al-Haitham is its only saving grace: steadfast, handsome, and unyielding, he carries the story on his broad and sculpted shoulders.
When the final chapter is posted, Kaveh finds himself unceremoniously dropped into the body of the scum villain that shares his name - Al-Haitham's closest friend and the one who pushes him into a portal to the abyss, corrupting his soul forever. If Kaveh followed the pragmatic protagonist's logic, he'd push Al-Haitham into the abyss without mercy - he's only a character in a novel, after all. But Kaveh's bleeding heart has always been his downfall.
Transmigration! Romance! Endless miscommunication! It's a SVSSS AU.

Summary
“I can’t believe the day’s already here! Oh, you must be so happy!” says Auntie Faridha, clasping his hand in between both of hers.
“Of course, the bangles he chose are absolutely gorgeous — custom made, I think he said.” Kaveh can’t stop himself from smiling, listening to the aunties ooh and ahh at his words.
…What day exactly is she referring to?
Kaveh wasn't expecting Alhaitham's gift, and certainly not the reactions he'd get about it.

This does not stop him from going there anyway.
Or from befriending the prickly boy who lives there.
“Why are you always alone out here?”
“I didn’t invite conversation.”
“But we’re talking already.”
“We are not.”
“We are!”

Summary
“That was the driest pre-flight announcement you could have given,” he huffs over the speakers, irritation evident in his tone. “No ‘thank you for choosing Buer Airlines’? No ‘have a nice flight’? Let me do the announcement next time, Alhaitham.”
“Apologies for the interruption,” Alhaitham says. “That is my assistant pilot, Kaveh–”
“CO-pilot,” Kaveh hisses, audio crackling. “This isn’t your plane, asshole!”
Sethos takes a flight to Natlan. He's not expecting to have such interesting pilots.
His pilots also keep forgetting to turn their mics off while they fight.

Summary
“Kaveh,” Alhaitham calls softly. “Are you trying to stall your time sitting here? On my lap?”
“Yes.”
Usually, Kaveh will try to find some sort of excuse to attempt to save his pride. But at this moment, he seems really dedicated to staying seated right where he is now.
“There’s no need for you to,” Alhaitham whispers. He tightens his grip on Kaveh, hugging him closer. “What if I want you to stay?”
Kaveh really likes to sit on Alhaitham's lap and Alhaitham is a weak, weak man whenever he does.

Summary
Alhaitham’s gaze drifted lower, catching on Kaveh’s slightly parted lips. Had they always been so... pink? He couldn’t seem to properly recall that at the moment, despite how thoroughly he’d studied them over the years—sometimes from afar, sometimes from far too close. Maybe it was just the dim lightning? Who knew.
Right now, Alhaitham was too focused on restraining the urge to close the distance between them and claim those lips. He wouldn’t allow his two cups of wine to overpower his reason.

Summary
Granted, Kaveh missed him.
He missed the unnecessary commentary, the peaceful silence they shared while doing their own things, simply the comfort of Alhaitham’s presence in their shared space. He missed Alhaitham’s touch—something he had been starved of ever since this research endeavor began.
But he would’ve been fine with it. Really.
Kaveh could have accepted the change, happy even, to see Alhaitham break from his usual status quo every now and then.
Except… something felt off.
Every time Alhaitham returned home and greeted him with their sweet ‘welcome back’ kiss, Kaveh caught a scent that shouldn’t have been there—a lingering sweetness, subtle but unmistakable. Sumeru roses.
Another omega’s pheromone.A continuation of the previous one-shot, Undressed.

Summary
So how could he not feel fulfilled, laying there with the love of his life cradled in his arms? His mirror, his best friend, his equal. Kaveh, looking all disheveled, filling the room with his elated scent of mourning flowers with a subtle hint of coffee—pampering Alhaitham’s senses in the most intoxicating way.
Archons, he adored this man.
Which was why, when Kaveh finally lifted his head, gaze averted, and whispered his next question, Alhaitham didn’t think twice before responding.
“What do you think about mating?”
“Mating?” Alhaitham let out a small snort, offering a shrug. “I don’t see the purpose. It’s just a biological whim to unnecessarily tie someone down to another person and surrender to societal norms and expectations.”Little did he know how that warmth he basked himself in so far would vanish in an instant.

"You don't have to sell it to me anymore," Alhaitham said. "I'm already here."
"Good boy."
Alhaitham froze mid-step, the branches slipping from his hands and tumbling away from the pile he had been aiming for. For some inexplicable reason, the air felt suddenly warmer—and his pants uncomfortably tighter.
What the—
"…What?"
He turned toward Kaveh, his thoughts still caught on that peculiar choice of words—only to find him crouched beside the dog, scratching it between the ears as he retrieved a small piece of wood out of its mouth and added it to their growing pile.
Oh.

Summary
Lately, he'd almost lost his home—and quite possibly his life—to Dottore. Then Alhaitham had started acting all weird and considerate, and now he was hallucinating the voices of some ancient gods?!
"You're not hallucinating, young one," the first voice said. "We have merely entered your consciousness, nothing more."
The other hummed in apparent amusement. "Is this perhaps a bad time? I hope we didn't interrupt anything."
"What?!" Just how long had they been here? "T-there was nothing to interrupt!"
"Ah, forgive me. We had assumed admiring one's companion during his morning exercises was perhaps a common human custom."
Kaveh took a deep breath in an almost futile attempt to calm himself down from… who even knew at this point? The embarrassment of being caught ogling his roommate, or the simple fact that two literal gods had infiltrated his consciousness.
"My apologies, Lord Ibis King and…Goat King?"
Or
Take a suddenly more considerate roommate and add two bored ancient gods to the mix, and you get the recipe for some of Kaveh's newest gray hairs.

Summary
He knew about transmigration stories. He had even enjoyed some of them. But that was all they were—stories. Last time he checked, Kaveh wasn't a fictional character, and there was no feasible way to transfer oneself into another dimension.
He couldn't stop the gasp that slipped from his lips at the sudden realization.
If he had truly—through some insane coincidence—fallen into a parallel universe that followed that ridiculous story… did that mean he had died in his own reality? Was that why he was stuck in here?
So, what? Did that make him Y/N? Nothing had happened yet, but it was already following the start of the story…
He shuddered at that thought. No fucking way. Impossible.
And why was Alhaitham the damned CEO?
or
Out of sheer boredom, Kaveh picks up a new ridiculous self-insert light novel. After an accident at his worksite, he wakes up inside its world—and guess who the CEO of his personal corporate nightmare turns out to be?

Summary
Behind the doors of the nearest broom closet, Alhaitham pins Kaveh against the hard edge of an overfull shelf and shamelessly scents him, rubbing his cheek against the smooth skin of Kaveh’s neck. Kaveh yelps in alarm, his cheeks flushing. He smells faintly sweet, like desert flowers, buried underneath all that ink and paper.
There’s been a small explosion in Ghandarva Ville, it’s some sage’s 50th birthday, Kshahrewar scholars are protesting outside the Akademiya for more money, and Alhaitham doesn’t give a shit. Kaveh is in heat. Alhaitham's responsible for him, and that duty supersedes everything else. The Matra can deal with the explosion, the Grand Sages can’t fire him anyway, and the other scholars can go to hell. Alhaitham has better things to do with his time.

Summary
Al-Haitham lets his smile soften. “What constitutes success?” he asks.
“For…?”
“For whether your work is conference-worthy.”
Kaveh frowns, thoughtful. “I don’t think there’s a scale, or anything,” he says. “It’s just hard to think myself successful when my magnum opus was built in my early twenties, and here I am — thirty-eight and counting.”
“Thirty-eight with more joy under your belt than most people create in a lifetime.”

Summary
Tighnari’s tail swishes with visible frustration. “He buys you your favourite food after you guys have had a fight. He drives you to places, takes care of you when you’re ill, and covers you in blankets when you fall asleep in the living room.”
Kaveh hums to show Tighnari that he’s still listening.
“Sometimes, you do his laundry. You were the one who decorated his entire place, you have customized house keys, you have the spare for his car, and both your brushes can be found in the same cup.”
Kaveh sighs. He knows how it sounds, but this is completely normal. It’s what they’ve always done. “Tighnari, babe, what’s the point you’re trying to make?”
“Kaveh, if this is your idea of platonic, then Cyno and I are practically strangers!” Tighnari exclaims.
Alhaitham and Kaveh are just two totally platonic roommates. Platonic™, with a capital P. (Jury’s still out, though.)

Summary
Beautiful diamond-encrusted studded earrings sat on Al-Haitham’s ears as they shone under the Tavern’s flattering lighting. The earrings almost made Al-Haitham look even more mesmerising, accentuating his already perfectly set jawline. However, what was most striking about them, was their vibrant colour. For they were not the expected emerald green but–
Crimson red.
The Traveller immediately blinks out of a stupor, “They’re red.” They stated, rather dazedly.
Al-Haitham and Kaveh's earrings seem to match. The sky is blue.

Summary
“Kaveh.”
He halted his movements upon hearing his name spoken in that tone, almost like a warning of sorts. His eyes met Alhaitham’s, who was studying the blonde as if to discern his intentions.
“Hm? Are you finally willing to show your senior the respect he deserves?” Kaveh asked with an air of disingenuity.
“Your foot,” Alhaitham opted to reply instead of a yes.
“Ah. Right.” Kaveh gave an experimental press to the sole of his foot, which just so coincidentally happened to be between Alhaitham’s thighs. The slight pressure elicited a sharp breath from the scribe, whose grip faltered around Kaveh’s ankle. “Don’t mind me. You seem too engrossed in your text to be paying much attention, after all.”
when alhaitham decides to focus on his book rather than listen to his lover's work complaints, kaveh decides to test the limits of his attention span.
