Summary
He imagined a snarling creature, oozing with purple sludge and having hollowed white eyes that would bore into his brain, holding the name Mother Spore like a promised plague. He imagined a corpse with janky and harsh movements, only wanting to spread and consume everything it touches, while wearing his lover’s face as a disguise. He was too scared to face what the fungus had done, never wanting to mourn someone not quite dead. Perhaps it was because he never wanted to believe that it was truly his husband — someone who he loved and cherished so deeply — but rather a husk of what he once was; just a marionette, plastered on his loving and kind face, once held by his scarred hands.
OR
Grian has become Mother Spore — corrupted by the mycelium — and Scar can't come to terms with it.

While tossing his book bag to the side, and kicking off his busted-up runners, he quickly shuffled into the too-cramped apartment, his fingers latched onto the end of his skirt. It was longer than was ‘necessary’ in the dress code — but not long enough to quiet his thoughts — and he found himself stretching it down to meet his knee-high socks in a prayer they would somehow morph into trousers to cover himself.

Grian had been sent into the death games, by the Watchers, to cause chaos. As the Chaos Watcher, this should've been easy... However, he started emotionally connecting himself with the players. He started remembering his time in EVO, as a player himself.
What happens when he starts becoming more human? Will Grian ever find his humanity and finally See that what the Watchers are doing is wrong? Can he ever truly become 'human' again?

Summary
To the people involved on the Double Life server, everyone's aware the drama and enemies that are made are all an act. Everyone that joins is aware that the moment you're out, you go back to your home server with no ill harboured feelings. Despite the fact that he shouldn't be able to, Scar falls victim to the fog that is a childish headspace, trying to cope with the traumatic happenings in the server. After he dies and is sent back to Hermitcraft, Pearl takes care of the traumatized little while Grain tries making amends.
Or, Grian acts appallingly towards his soulmate in Double Life, Scar becomes afraid of him for it, and when he wakes up at home on the Hermitcraft server while regressed, the fear doesn't go away.

Scar shook as he held up four fingers, pout clear in his expression.
