“Kill you? Now that would be a reasonable thing to do considering you were the one who placed the first hit. Don’t you think? However…”
Nikolai bent down, inching closer to Fyodor’s face. “I won’t just kill you; I’ll savour you.”

Summary
Fyodor Dostoevsky is perfect. He is always on time, dressed formally, following rules, top of his class... What's wrong with that?
A lot.. apparently.
Osamu Dazai is, for all intents and purposes, a mess. Barely makes it before the bell, wrinkled clothes, sneaking out to smoke and drink, yet seems to be the only person who can get better grades than Fyodor.
As the adopted son of the famed surgeon Ougai Mori, Dazai is exactly who Fyodor needs to establish relations with--and maybe improve the bandaged guy's habits while he's at it.
What happens when instead of 'improving' Dazai, he just gets dragged down with him?

“We were kids, Dazai.” Chuuya interrupted him. “We were just kids. Stupid kids. Barely sober kids,” he blurted out of frustration. “The promise we made back then? We weren’t even serious. That dream of yours—,”
“Ours.”
“It’s yours, Dazai.” Chuuya finally looked at him. “It’s only yours now.”OR: Dazai is “dead” and he’s haunting his partner. Turns out, the living can haunt the dead, too.

Animal hybrids have always been popular, but Dazai never planned to adopt one.
He's barely a functional adult, why would he adopt a whole ass person that he has to take care of ?
But when the ADA is sent to help dismantle a trafficking ring, and Dazai meets the eyes of a feral beast, chained to a wall, muzzled and snapping his teeth at them... He's obsessed, struck with some kind of curse. He doesn't even like dogs !
And yet, despite everything, words he didn’t plan to speak fell out of his lips.

Or, a stupidly rich, college Soukoku au with so much mutual pining and avoidant boys somehow always ending up in the exact situations that spark their feelings past all their mental and physical defenses. Domestic fluff and kind of a slow burn, some angst and double the fluff and bickering, plus a bit of everyone else we know and love to see.
