Jason, just as the rest of the family besides Bruce, believes Timothy to be unchanged by Gotham. Where the previous Robins had been taken under the city’s wing, allofed the darkness that collected in dark alleys and the mist that hung over the harbor, Red Robin was supposedly an outlier. And, at first, that had been true. Gotham had rejected him, grieving her previous chick and raging at the idea of a replacement.
Yet Tim had stayed.
And he was rewarded with meager drops of her gifts.
Whereas Grayson and Todd’s otherworldly nature is undeniable, Tim’s stays undetectable.AKA: Gotham has a love/hate relationship with Tim and Jason's just as crazy and obsessive about Red Robin as the city is. Timothy thinks he's about to get killed.

The next time was in the middle of him boosting tires, where he learned that she was seven years old and all alone. Having recently lost his mother, Jason decides to take her up on her offer to help each other out. So, he got a sister. And then, one night, he sees some other tiny kid all on their own, this one with a camera in *Crime Alley*, which was a death wish in it of itself. So, he got a brother. Naturally the next turn of events is to get adopted by the Batman-- wait, what?
OR
Jason has Bruce's orphan-napping instinct, so he has two little siblings when Batman makes him Robin. Of course shenanigans ensue.

Harmony knows she went to bed in her own room, only to wake up in a room that isn't hers and in a tiny body that was very much so not the 24-year-old one she fell asleep to. Finding out you're seven is weird enough, but finding out you're now the daughter of Bruce Wayne aka Batman and that you're in the DCU was not what she wanted, but she's here and going to live as someone who keeps the Bats and Birds sane. Well, by sane she means pranking her new found brothers and showing off how much of a genius she can be, especially if it can get her out of school (Bruce and Alfred are not so convinced at it). Harmony decides maybe living as part of the Wayne's isn't so bad, though she can get bored pretty easily and keeps her brothers on their toes (and wrapped around her finger).
