Shouta freezes, hoping it can only see movement, but his prayers go unanswered when its gaze immediately lands on him, taking in his injured form. He lets out a hiss, warning the thing to back off. It only tilts its head, eyes still stuck on him. The fur on its head stands up straight, bright purple in warning. Beware. Venomous.

Shouta's shuttle crashes on a dwarf planet. Unfortunately, he's injured with no way to contact Hizashi. Even more unfortunate, there's something stalking him through the forest.

Shinsou's body coils, his legs spreading into and bending at the knees at the steady opportunity to bolt. He's in an alleyway where a murder took place, his dad's ring is here, someone is dead, he doesn't know who– and there's a stranger here too.
So either they had the same idea as Shinsou or…..it's the killer revisiting his crime scene.
(Or, Shinsou must delve into a world of danger while on the cusp of teenage-hood when his father goes missing. It doesn't help a serial killer is on the loose and he's attracted the attention of Pro heroes and Musutafu's police force.)

People think we’re what?”
“Pining,” Denki bursts out, almost too loud in the hospital gardens, and then he hunches forward and continues much more quietly, but no less heatedly: “They think we’re,” he swallows and finishes, almost lamely, “pining.”
Hitoshi says nothing. Waits.
“They have a betting pool,” Denki practically wails.
(or: the entire hospital staff has a betting pool on when Denki, resident trauma specialist, and Hitoshi, the neuropsychologist, will start dating.
The punchline is that they are married.)
