Summary
The one in which Bucky is a WereLion and Clint is a human disaster with a heart of gold. Alternate Universe that begins a week after the battle of NY and the timeline is late Spring, early summer. Yelena is Clint’s best friend instead of Natasha. Coulson didn’t die. The writer plays fast and loose with the MCU timeline and Bucky has a mostly similar but very different background along with Natasha and Brock.
While healing from being wounded during the battle of NY, Clint gets mail that tells him he needs to go to Iowa so he uses this as an excuse to avoid having to spend months in the tower being bored. On the way to his farm, Clint stops briefly in the town motel overnight. In the morning, he is groggy on pain-killers and pretty much out of it when he encounters the Circus and Bucky the lion being tormented. He has no idea what is going on and things snowball a bit. Now his farm is hosting the Circus and he’s not sure how that happened but he's going to roll with it.
Clint gets embroiled in many things at the farm related to his brother’s shenanigans and Bucky the Lion then a guy who’s supposed to be healing from brain trauma and a broken arm should not be dealing with.

Summary
Shortly after the takedown of Project Insight, Steve turns up at the tower with a quieter Bucky looking for a place to recover himself. It’s a solid plan, at least, until Clint walks right into Bucky, triggers their soul bond, and pretty much tosses Steve’s entire Bucky recovery plan out the window. Bucky is probably not ready to further complicate his life with a soulmate, so Clint does the only decent thing and retreats to his apartment in Bed Stuy. Maybe he should have consulted with Bucky first.

Clint had a tendency to fall in and out of love the same way he fell off buildings: unexpectedly and usually with an explosion or two. Especially when it involved teammates. The last thing he wanted to do was mess up the friendship he had with Bucky. All he had to do to keep from fucking things up was, well, not fuck his teammate. Easy peasy.
Unfortunately, James Buchanan Barnes, war hero and world’s deadliest assassin, was also probably the world’s sweetest cat dad. And that was doing things to Clint’s heart that shouldn’t be allowed.

She’s sick of watching them hit on each other, so she decides to play cupid. Her first job as Kate Bishop, matchmaker for the Avengers and Company, is to get the two of them to talk about their feelings. When someone sends an evil android version of Bucky after Clint, and it tries to seduce him, Kate finds the perfect opportunity to get them together. After they bicker like a married couple at a late-night diner, share their binoculars on a stake out, and break into the HR department of Avengers tower, Kate can only hope that all the dating advice she employed from terrible magazines will get them to realize they should just kiss already. Bucky doesn’t appreciate her overt attempts to shove him and Clint together - but realizes, after a near death experience, that she may have a point.
