Summary
Celestia University’s fight club was supposed to be an unassuming, sweat-soaked basement where undergrads punched out their frustration between midterms. Lumine signs up for better training, not realizing she’s about to become the entire club’s collective obsession.
There’s Childe, Snezhnayan and shameless, who calls her girlie while begging for another training round. Kinich of Natlan, all quiet angles and lethal footwork, who seems to be the sparring partner coach Varka insists on. And Wriothesley, Fontainian, the glacially composed club captain—until he’s not—determined to keep her safe, even if it means making sure she trains at dawn with only him for company.
She just wants to improve her guard… and they seem determined to guard her from everyone else, including themselves.
