Summary
Zuko wants to save the turtleducks and Ozai owns an oil company, while Toph's family owns a power company as well, but theirs is trying to go green. The simple fix is to steal the secrets of lightning bending and train some new employees for Toph. And if a business trip to the Southern Water Tribe results in Zuko getting a boyfriend then that is the cherry on top.
Of course, nothing is ever that simple and Sokka and Zuko are so far from being on the same page they might as well be reading entirely separate books.

Jade could only see the backs of her eyelids. So, she was dead. This was the afterlife. Complete silence and darkness. Had she had a heart attack? An aneurism? Was she shot?
"What is this?" Came a mans' voice. Jade jolted. She could move. The voice echoed off the walls of what she suddenly felt was a small room. She tried to squint her eyes open, but everything was blurry.
"It... It should be the Avatar," said another. Jade was too nauseous to react.
"Kyoshi looks a lot different than paintings show," the first man mused.
Jade's chin was suddenly thrust upward. Someone had grabbed her chin and pulled it up. Through unfocused eyes she saw a rather rough-looking man. His beard was unkempt and red clothing ragged. His smell reached her nostrils; she immediately wished it hadn't. "Are you Kyoshi?" He demanded, his voice at a near-shout. She flinched, her ears too sensitive for his volume.
"Like hell," she muttered.Or, a rebellion post-show tries to kidnap a past Avatar using time travel. They accidentally take one from the future instead.

So Suki decides that, despite her lack of cooking ability, she's going to make his favorite meal and orchestrate a mass zoom call with all their friends. Because Zuko has been working way too hard, and deserves the best birthday, and Suki will be damned if her and Sokka's questionable cooking will stop them from giving their boyfriend the best birthday possible. But then, things start going bad... and they get worse.
Suki had never been a master chef - that was all Zuko - but spirits, she didn't think she was this bad!
