Yet Achird Tachibana and fifteen other students of Hope's Peak Academy find that the horrors of a Killing Game haven't quite ended, as they awaken to find themselves stuck on a cruise ship run by the sinister Monodog. And all sixteen of them, he declares, are going to stay there forever.
Naturally, if they want off this little pleasure cruise, well... Protest all they like, they're going to have to kill someone. It's as easy as that! And it’s not long before the body count starts piling up... Can any hope be found on this cruise ship of despair?

He puffs the air back in when Monokuma continues, shyly kicking his stuffed foot. “And as your headmaster, it’s my duty to warn my little ducklings when something’s awry. The full moon is coming up, y’know.”
Byakuya swallows hard.
“Doesn’t the full moon, like, make people crazy?” Hiro says. “Oh, man, we’re screwed!”
“Crazy! Savage, feral, even.” Monokuma giggles.
“What’re you getting at?” Kyoko asks.
The damn bear’s enjoying this, isn’t he? But there’s no way he could know. A Togami holds secrets close to his heart, and this… indecency of his is known to three people in the world. This maniac piloting the bear cannot number in them.
And, yet, his red eye gleams as he says, “What if I told you there’s a werewolf in your midst? That a monster has infiltrated our peaceful school life?”
