So I have played a lot of destiny and I think I understand the whole relationship between guardians and ghosts, etc. But I have no idea what this fanfiction is talking about. It’s completely losing me in the first chapter. And looking at the word count and how this first chapter was laid out I’m not confident this isn’t going to be just 100s of thousands of words of technobabble. So I quit after chapter 1.

August 31, 2552. That was the day I first woke up in the Halo universe, clad in B-312's Mark V[B] Mjolnir, with a Ghost from the Destiny video games floating close by.
September 1, 2560. That was the day my ship's prototype Slipspace drive malfunctioned, leaving me stranded without FTL at the edge of the Copper system from the Murder Drones web series.
Thank God and the Traveler that I ended up in one of the better Murder Drone Timelines!
