    It spans to over five decades, starting with Frisk being ten by the time the barrier is broken.

    It explores the major canon ships with a strong leaning towards Alphys/Undyne, But followed by Asgore/Toriel, then Frisk/Asriel, as well as veering right into Alternate Universe territory with another two pairings I won't spoil here.

    Frisk starts off gender-neutral in the stories that can be read as stand-alones, but is female starting from "Delilah", before concluding as a demi-woman genderqueer.

    It also explores mature themes such as sex, violence, and mental illness, chronic illness, politics, conspiracy, and other such navel-gazing, so please be aware of the trigger warnings given and tread lightly.

So Clover was understandably confused when he set out to find the five missing Cadets only to discover a whole society of Monsters sealed underground.

    What’s more, these Monsters were nothing like the tyrannical, Freedom-hating killers history had portrayed them as.

    Things just weren't adding up. But why? It’s not like Super Earth would have lied, right?

      Link that i found this with… brought me to the last chapter so I read the last chapter first lmao. (Thankfully this is an anthology and that last chapter holds up VERY very well entirely on its own.) It fucked insanely hard tho so I’m bookmarking this before even going back and reading the other ones because my god. My godddddd. What a thesis statement on these characters bro.

    But with so little power left remaining after destroying the barrier, a half-measure would have to be taken.

    Better than nothing, right? And for some of them, much more preferable to how they were before and certainly during their deaths.

    The Sixth and final SOUL is the last to awaken, and by that point, things have been quiet in the Underground for quite a while.

    But there is still one more thing to be done, one more person to save, and in many ways they're tied to that Sixth SOUL as well as the Underground's self proclaimed caretaker.

    A second chance and a happier life awaits Clover and Kanako if they can just grasp it.
