Summary
The Sludge Villain is capture without any interference and Izuku instead finds himself catching the attention the #9 Pro Hero.
But things are not as they appear as Ryukyu seems to have peculiar interest in him as well as a complex history with his father, and seems to be quite knowledgeable in regards to the boy's awakening draconic abilities for some reason. But that might be the least of Izuku's worries as a dangerous new player appears on the scene, one who is disregarding all the unspoken rules between heroes and villains and is bent on spreading as much terror as possible.
But soon enough the world will witness what true might is and see why dragons are the only true apex predators in all of existence.
Oh, and let us not forget about the five girls slowly worming their way into Izuku's heart, each one representing one of the five major alignments of good, evil, neutral, lawful, and chaos.
Rated for Violence/Language.
NOTICE #1: Story is a real slow build, a real slow burn, has a large amount of worldbuilding and a whole ~lot~ of Pre U.A. stuff too.

Pharasma has had enough with the incompetence of Wizards, but regrettably cannot do much due to her status as a True Neutral Deity of Death.
Though, that isn't to say that she can't interfere with certain other aspects, or to be more accurately, she can allow a certain tradition among her Psychopomps back in to play, to be more accurate among an agreement between a Yamaraj Psychopomp and an Oltehros Mother Psychopomp. If that's what it takes to give someone the life that they should have, then so be it.-

The Bluepulse Loops are a seperate continuity, though occasional mixups do occur(raising many existential crisises, since there are two seperate looping Barts).
