To właśnie wtedy wybuchła w tym kraju rewolucja ludowa która doprowadziła do obalenia Archontki Focalors i jej egzekucji a także odsunięcia z dotychczasowej pozycji dużych rodzin przemysłowo-mafijnych w tym największej z nich Spina di Rosula. Na czele państwa staną Najwyższy Sędzia Neuvillette który to maił za zadanie stworzyć nową formę władzy dla ludu. Prace nad stworzeniem prawa które by utworzyło nowy aparat władzy niestety się przedłużały co powodowało coraz większe niezadowolenie. Pojawiały pogłoski, że Najwyższy Sędzia wcale nie chce oddać władzy. Za rozprowadzanie tych, że plotek odpowiadała Arleccino ambasadorka Snezhnai, której celem jest niewątpliwie destabilizacja Fontaine. W środku tego całego politycznego zamieszania znajduję się Furina- aktorka która przez lata była sobowtórem Focalors.
O świecie- jest on alteracją tego z Genshina. Główną różnicą jest to że nie ma tu energii żywiołów. Poziom technologii odpowiada mniej więcej czasom napoleońskim. Postacie które posiadają Wizję, są znacznie sprawniejsze fizycznie od przeciętnego człowieka oraz mają bardziej wyostrzone zmysły. Potrafią na przykład uniknąć lecącą kulę czy robić drewniane drzwi.
