I would have died if one of the soldiers hadn't helped me, but I had to lose my arm due to the damage. He helped me escape, and I ran to the Earth Kingdom, finding refuge in Omashu. I met Aang, an airbender, and he brought me to stay with him in the Air Temples. He tried to run away after finding out he was the Avatar, so I went with him and got trapped in an iceberg for 100 years. What's happened since we were gone?

However, deep in the spirit world, the remains of the Avatar Spirit stirred. Even after their connection to the Avatar was severed, the spirit prevailed, simply too powerful to be destroyed completely. Now, they brought themselves back together for one final message: danger. The spirit, unable to gather enough power to act upon this danger, delivered the message to a young waterbender. With his help, and the help of his most trusted peers, will this danger be prevented? Something that doesnt even make itself known until Aang, Katara and Sokka have already left for Omashu.
The four previous avatars in the cycle, Yangchen, Kuruk, Kyoshi and Roku have all been separated from the Avatar Cycle and given new life in the physical world.
The only issue is that they have all been given the bodies of teenagers.

With no idea of how this happened their only hope is to find Aang and hopefully set things right.
