Already, he was tempted to find the Southern Water Tribe and hide out in the wild. He knew enough to keep himself alive in such a harsh environment.
    But, after what happened, he couldn’t go back, not without some Fire Nation general delivering him to the Fire Lord for a reward, and he’d face trial for murder.
    Sozin wouldn’t be able to find him in Colombia. It was the perfect place to start over and get away from the horrors he faced at home.

    With no idea of how this happened their only hope is to find Aang and hopefully set things right.

    Needless to say, Zuko is furious, and in no uncertain terms informs the councillor that his services are no longer necessary, with a hint of righteous Aanger. Because. It was anger. On Aang's behalf.
    Sokka would've laughed.

    Aang is simultaneously hurt by what the councillor said and filled with the warm feeling of an older sibling looking out for him.

    Roku? Roku recognises the look on Zuko's face. It's a look he's seen dozens of times, on someone else's face. On his daughter's face.

    Iroh's the only one who notices Aang's normally grey eyes, just for a moment, flashing the same shade of gold as Zuko's.

    The ‘at you’ part of the sentence hung in the air wordlessly and he closed his eyes letting his head hang. For a moment the air was still before it filled with the soft patters of Uncle leaving before it merged with the waves beating against the ship.

     

    “He knows something troubles you.” Kyoshi said. He could feel her gaze boring into his flesh. He let himself slide down the door feeling drained.

    Zuko was born the avatar unbeknownst to the world and himself. But he knows there is something strange about him. Especially when some tall Green lady, in face paint follows him (How come no one seems to see her?)

     

    Oh and probably when his mother freaked out about him bending water.
