Summary
To say that his father wasn’t necessarily a good person, was perhaps the understatement of a century.
Foolish knew that his tyrannical ways of ruling as the king of Rusty Bones, not only made them become enemies with every other kingdom, but also made people stop wanting to join the kingdom.
And well of course, he himself and his siblings were the ones left but they didn’t really have any choice. If he had a choice, he would have run away years ago. But unfortunately, all he could do is watch his father torment his subjects and be grateful that he wasn’t the target for once.

The young princess Tina knew she wasn’t destined for anything great. Not like her brother, who would become the King, or her sister, who had forged her own way within the kingdom's walls.
No, she wasn’t born to be anything but the third child— but that wouldn’t stop her from clawing her way up to the top.
Or, a retelling of the Rusty Bones kingdom from Tina’s POV, from birth until her crowning. Canon compliant at the moment but it may diverge slightly in later chapters.

Foolish's illness isn't improving. With his kingdom engaged in constant warfare and Princess Tina unprepared to assume the crown, Foolish is needed more than ever. Turning to the Blood God, he strikes a deal.
With restored health, all Foolish needs to do is defeat Team Rocket, vanquish Rusty Bones' adversaries, train Tina for the throne, prevent his people from instigating conflicts every few minutes, and uphold his pact with the Blood God. Should be easy...right?
