And what will the Dragon Empress have to say about that?Book 5: Only Woman is the fifth and penultimate act in the series Dragon Empress: The Legend of Azula.

Summary
The lightning rocketed from her pointed fingertips. The flash of light was blinding, the roaring sound of thunder deafening. The power of the blast gave her the perfect trajectory to clear the gap beneath her, and left the group behind her devastated in its wake. The collision of the bolt with the roof sent an explosion of tiles in every direction to join the rain in its fall. Each member of the chasing party were sent to their knees, all of them gasping for air, drenched to the bone from the downpour. All except Ty Lee. Too close to the landing point of the lightning, she was sent careening across the roof, unable to catch a breath, let alone her balance. In the fraction of a second it took for her to hit the soaked tile roofing at the edge of the building, knocking out whatever air she had left within her, all Ty Lee could do was make a fleeting gambit for a grip on the soaked roofing.
The only one who noticed Ty Lee's descent into the darkness between the buildings was the masked figure who'd just touched down on the other side of the gap, sparks still flickering between her fingers.

Iroh never meant to tell Ozai about the firebending masters, Ran and Shaw. The blood sport of hunting dragons unnerved him, and he was charged by the Sun Warriors to keep their society, and the dragons, a secret. Iroh obliged.
Ozai never believed his brother really slew the final dragon. He knew a liar when he saw one, and Iroh had never mastered the art of hiding secrets from his younger brother. As a result, the Fire Lord believed a dragon still existed and was ripe for killing.
He decided he would do something about it.
Or rather, that his 13-year-old son would do something about it.
(Aka Ozai suspects the last dragon is still alive and sends Zuko to finish it off.)
