Bluestreak would never forget the day Praxus was destroyed. He wasn’t sure if he even wanted to if he was being honest. If anyone asked he would say of course he would, who wouldn’t want to forget the worst thing that ever happened to him? But deep in his spark, Bluestreak knew that day would always be a part of him, whether he wanted it to or not.
Praxus was destroyed by the Decepticons. Bluestreak was the only survivor by design. Part of him wished he died with the rest of his home.

A semi-ordinary teenage girl who has had to fend for herself for many years due to emotional neglect from her parents, taking part in an underground adrenaline rush just to find a sense of herself, finds herself with a yellow camaro that her dad graciously agreed to help pay for. A camaro with a secret and a war brewing from the stars arriving to the planet. A war that was not her own, but she will come to learn as part of her family's legacy.
Facing the dangers that come with the beings from the stars, the leading commander of the autobots finds himself looking at this young human in a way he has not looked at another for a very long time. Her fiery nature is a shield, one he could see through upon their first meeting. One he learns she has built around herself to protect herself from pain.
As for the girl...there is more to this autobot leader than meets the eye. She slowly finds herself a new family to surround her with affection she has never had in her life. It is alien to her, just as alien as the autobots themselves. However...that is just what interests her. Especially Optimus Prime.

It's hot and the atmospheric handler at the base is busted. Normally it's not a problem, but Earth is so humid that it makes Sideswipe miss the desert. He'd take the sand in his actuators over the sticky, cloying feeling any day.
Coming down to the beach was a good plan. Getting exiled there by an annoyed Ratchet was an even better one, because they didn't even need to sneak out of the base.
Sideswipe's not handling the heat very well, but Sunstreaker's temper is even worse.
