Summary
Will's a true sorcerer. Right after the truth comes to light in the middle of a battlefield, Mike Wheeler finds himself more amazed and enamored with Will than he'd like to admit. However, they don't have time to celeberate the peace, because not much time passes that Vecna comes back, determined to take what Will loves the most if he isn't by his side on this war. So the Demogorgons come too, taking his mother with them and trying to take Mike too. But despite his mother is now theirs, right before Mike enters the Upside Down, Will throws himself and goes with him.
They're together now. In the Upside Down. They only have to rescue Will's mother, wherever she happenes to be. But they're alone too, with a long journey ahead of them. Mike knows nothing can go wrong. After all, the only thing Will has accepted is that now he has powers, right?

Mike turned around, immediately running over to see what was going on.

“WILL!” Mike cried in complete horror. He thought NOTHING in the plan for this crawl could’ve put Will in any kind of position like this. But there Mike stood, staring up at his best friend, the one person he loved more than anything else, floating above his head, eyes fully white.

Will exhales shakily, some tiny smile growing despite everything.
“I… yeah. I want to.”Mike smiles back- small, nervous, and stupidly hopeful.

“Do you think Vecna guys powers can reach outside of Hawkins?” Max asks, face twisted with a pinch of seriousness as she glances around at everyone.
Dustin hums tapping him chin, eyebrows furrowed. “I mean, it’s hard to say for certain, but I’d imagine not, or at the very least couldn’t reach further than a couple towns over. Otherwise he would probably be targeting others outside of Hawkins who’d be easier targets. Why do you ask?”
Max bites her lip glancing up at Chrissy who was hovering anxiously in between Eddie and Nancy. They both stare at one another, and Max knows the cheerleader is thinking the same thing she is. They knew the symptoms now and they both had shared them, but there was one more person who had had them as well…
A certain someone they’d both grown close to over the past couple months. Who was currently off in California visiting his girlfriend and best friend.
Except, he’d trusted them enough to inform them about the shit going on with him. Stuff he hadn’t told anyone else, not even Lucas or Dustin…or even Nancy. They couldn’t just betray his trust like that.
“No reason just…curious is all.” Max finally replies glancing back to Dustin.

On November 13th, 1983, at the exact moment the demogorgon was destroyed in Hawkins, Indiana, Ophelia Alice Winters wandered down the stairs of her wealthy grandparents' home in Indianapolis and woke the neighborhood with a blood-curdling scream. Summary
If he was going to turn into Vecna, he was taking his sweet time about it. Will’s back was starting to twinge from this awkward angle. You’d have thought vision-Mike would have been better at supporting Will’s back. Not that Will was complaining, but would this section of the vision ever end? Vecna was getting weirdly into the set-up.

On the hill, standing next to Mike, Will watches Hawkins burn and the world wither. Then Mike does something that cannot be anything other than one of these visions Nancy had warned them about. Either that or Will's having some wild and utterly inappropriate daydream.
Or, what will definitely happen in season 5 as it carries straight on from the last scene of season 4. Right?

Will’s not sure why it started, he's even a little hazy on how it started, but he's never been one to look a gift horse in the mouth - not when he could be kissing it.
He’d tried talking to Mike about it after the first time, to ask what it meant, but Mike had just brushed him off and pretended it never happened. Will’s heart had broken right down the middle, like a gate through Hawkins, and it was only mended when Mike pressed his lips to Will’s again, four hours later. There was obviously this rule - this unspoken law - that this was all on Mike’s terms; under the table, on the downlow.
And Will was just the grateful bastard who would get off on what he could get.
