“I’m not…your…master…!” Ichigo gasps out, and the sword beast freezes. Its hold on him slackens slightly, and he sucks in a greedy breath. “The person…you’re…looking for is…gone!”
The clear rejection snaps it out of its stupor. As it registers the pity in Ichigo’s eyes, despair is rapidly replaced with rage and denial. With a vengeance, the strength of the grip tightens back painfully on his neck, and the black creeping along the edges of his vision deepens.
“...No.”

Once again he was powerless, his strength forcefully stripped away before he was returned to the world of the living. Only... Unlike the last time, Ichigo was PISSED. He refused to allow himself to wallow, instead he was going to finish his schooling in Tokyo while figuring out his next steps. All he knew for sure is that one day... one day, he was going to make them pay.
