I love love LOVE history and time travel Darcy/Avengers fics and this without doubt is the best. I laughed, I cried, I have so much love for these characters and the chaos Darcy lived through. Rebecca and John and JJ and Andrew and Maria and Howard and all those other OCs and the Blue Irises, and Darcy and Steve and Bucky and Tony and the rest of the Avengers. I was riveted the length of this story.
My only complaint, if you could call it that, is that I feel so dissatisfied with the end of JJ and Andrew's story, but I imagine beside the grief that lack of closure would affect Darcy too. So it's not really a complaint I guess, however I wish there was more of this story, yet it finishes so perfectly where it is. It's a damn good Darcy AU.

So I remember the second time watching Zootopia, wondering "what is the story of the tiger "who would treat me right" meme-fame?" It was such a brief thought in relation to the meme and it didn't come up again until I stumbled upon this story and OH MY GOSH #HEADCANONALERT this story is so darn beautifully sweet and I so want it to become canon like you would not believe. The characterisation is so intricate, and the storyline while varying from that of Zootopia in plot length, actually adds so much more to the story through its reality. Love the Judy Hopps mention towards the end and the variety of Zootopia demonstrated through the story. It's such a large playground ripe for stories just like this, and I hope to see more (fingers crossed canon!) ones in the future!

Ms Frizzle and Mary Poppins are Time Ladies who do what they can for children and then if those children as adults need more, well that's when they talk to the Doctor again. This story is a delight. Glorious and bittersweet, I never knew this could be something I'd love and feel so much. Without a doubt the best crossover of time, space, and genre I've ever read.
(I also now want McGonagall's travels with the Doctor written, Ron and the family after Hermione is gone, Jack dealing over the years with knowing his fate, Martha regretting but hopefully learning to love again, and just so so so much more of Hermione Granger, Time Lady. But it's also left at such a good spot.)

This series up to 'The Fourth Mission' got me through a 14 hour flight between Doha, Qatar and Melbourne, Australia, with my sanity intact (if maybe not my feels.)
This series is 10/10 and I totally recommend it. It is huge and perfect in its depth and writing.
I can't wait to finish it on my next long haul flight (in legit, a week, and the suspense is killing me.)
