When Percy was knocked out on Polyphemus' Island while trying to save his friends, he had no idea that waking up in ancient Greece was an outcome he had to prepare for.
But here he was, sailing across an unknown sea with a very well known ancient hero, reenacting the Odyssey (of which he knew far to little) and trying not to die. Fun times.
Meeting the gods (who were wilder, younger and way more vengeful) while attempting to not mess up the future was just the top of the metaphorical iceberg.The only good thing? Dreaming about a rather cute boy who always made him smile...

The angel was now muttering to himself with a distinct southern twang. Lance had never heard of angels with Texan accents... so maybe...
“You’re not an angel,” he slurred. The not-angel let out a huff of laughter.
“Yeah, no. Can you move? Why are you even in the middle of the desert?” This not-angel was rather pushy, Lance decided. He needed to learn his manners. Would it kill him to say ‘please?’
“Go ‘way,” he mumbled petulantly.
“C’mon, I can’t leave you half-dead on the side of the road,” the not-angel pleaded, a hint of frustration slipping into his voice. "Work with me here.”
Lance squinted at him. Slowly, his night vision improved, and the outline of his savior began to take shape.

Fast forward to where I am now, I’m a coach to a high school volleyball team.

When they were young, Sukuna presented first, alpha. He woke up that morning feeling feverish, and his parents made him stay home. They sent Yuuji to school. When his brother got home, their parents had to pull Sukuna off of him as he pinned him down and tried to bite and claim him. Their father restrained him as he struggled, and their mother took Yuuji away.
They split them up. No more shared room.
Their parents scolded Sukuna and had too many conversations as to why he had to not do that. He's his brother. His twin. Sukuna argued at first, then quickly learned to shut up and agree. They let him near Yuuji when he played the part.
Yuuji presented later that year, omega. Their father took Sukuna away, and they stayed in a hotel until Yuuji's heat was through.
They never touched, their parents constantly watching them. Sukuna learned to stay away. He knew that Yuuji listened to those stupid lectures. He believed them more than Sukuna did.
He didn't care.
Yuuji was, and will always be, his.
