And for ten years, I have not been able to sleep. Ever since he became my student. I rediscovered my former self, little by little, through my time with him—witnessing his antics where he defied the odds to avoid disaster, and his moments of daring, pure genius; through his quietest moments, where I guided him step by step, and his most turbulent ones, where he acted with or without me, and I would step in to scold him, praise him, or share my wisdom.
"Except that this man was more than a mere mortal to you."
"No. He was my friend," I said.
Why hasn't he come home yet? Did he forget the dishes or something?! Well, let's see what his son is doing, he must be... twenty years old?! To think that Penelope is still waiting for him... and why doesn't anyone respect Xenia in Itaca, is that some kind of tradition?!
Okay, my student's son is getting into a fight, should i intervene or not? Well, it looks like things are going badly, i'm going to have to act...

Summary
Everyone on the Greeks side have been stuck by a love spell by Aphrodite. This makes all the Greeks abandon the war entirely. All except a few have been affected by the spell, more specifically Odysseus and Diomedes. Because of that Aphrodite adds a slight change to the spell, making everyone fall in love with both Odysseus and Diomedes.
Oh and it's actually not just the Greek side that falls in love...
With that info, Ody and Dio escape and hide their identities to find a possible cure.

When he opened his eyes again, he was holding a torch that revealed wooden walls around him and the rest of the Achaean army.
Great. He was back here again.
Well, if the fates were going to fuck up his life, he was going to fuck around and find out.
Or: Odysseus gets sent back in time to relive the events of his odyssey, and he'll be damned if he doesn't use his experience to change the course of his journey. But he is also so, so done.

Disguised as the young prince Athenis, she protects Penelope, trains Telemachus, and keeps the suitors at bay.

Now all of Ithaca believes the mysterious prince Athenis is having an affair with the queen.
