Summary
Lucifer comes to two, somewhat related, realizations regarding the most prickly resident of the Hotel after the Hotel itself keeps shoving them together.
1) Alastor is terrible at taking care of himself while being absurdly competent about taking care of literally everyone and everything else while he goes about like a rabid porcupine.
2) He might have come on a little strong during their initial meeting and he might need to soften his touch just a tad and maybe make up for the insults and the manhandling and the degrading commentary.
Lucifer decides that he's going to take care of Alastor whether he likes it or not and they are both taken off guard by how much Alastor desperately needed to be cared for and how starved for affection he is.

Alastor’s taken down things tenfold his size, he’s toppled the status quo more times than he can count, he’s done it all. He will not let a bit of fatigue get to him. Or a lack of appetite. Besides, rotting corpses have a nicer bite to them, maybe this anorexia will give him a tasty treat later on. He could enjoy that delicacy later, he assured himself. It’s just a little bump in the road…

Alastor knows Charlie means well when she recommends a sleepover, but that doesn’t make him any more tolerant of the idea. Even so, he buckles under the pressure from the others and decides it best to at least SHOW UP to this obscene slumber party.
So, after licking and tending to his wounds, he settles down in hopes that he won’t be bothered.
Charlie has other plans, and things escalate from there.

Not connected stories, simply a way to stay organized.
UPDATE: After a long debate, I am putting this series on a permeant hiatus. I have decided that my morals/religion do not align with what I'm writing, and I would like to move on in life. I felt that this topic was taking too much of my day to day life, and upon reflection I do not think that Hazbin is a fandom that I am (or like ever will be) ready for. I thank you all for your views, comments, and kudos; they really helped me through hard times, and I appreciate every single one of you. This series will remain here for those of you who enjoyed it, but I will no longer be adding to this.
