Ok, I haven't finished the whole show, just wrapped on season 3 tonight, but this concept has been eating me alive ever since I watched To The Lost, so I gotta put something on paper. I have a few more ideas for one-shots in this little canon-divergent world, so hopefully I'll get back to it at some point. Can be read as romantic or platonic, both are fun!

I know about all the MrBeast drama right now, but I had half of this drafted already and just had to finish it 😭 I'm really angry at Kris, and ofc I'm pretty disappointed in Jimmy, but I'm going to wait this out. Sadly this might be my last MrBeast fic if more stuff comes out. If this is the case, I quite enjoy the evolution of how I've portrayed Jimmy, once a meek, traumatized character, to now one of my most deranged lunatics!

Ok so maybe there actually was an OSI guidebook to being a bodyguard, but he wasn't breaking half the rules! It was more like 75 percent, and the irony of his client and his sons asleep in his arms as he read this wasn't lost on him.

This is a snippet from an AU where season 4 Brock learned Sergeant Hatred was their new bodyguard, and this ends up being the final bridge too far with Dr. Venture. So he quits OSI, takes the boys, and moves to a cabin in the woods.
Also Merry Christmas to y'all! Probs will be my last fic of the year, but idk this AU has a chokehold on me. I'm not a Rusty-Anti or anything, but Rusty Bashing isn't my least favorite activity either... Might be a tad OOC but there is a criminal lack of Brock Dad in this fandom and I'm gonna provide it!
