Summary
Phil had had a certain image in his head when the police had knocked on his door informing him that a shapeshifter had been caught living as a dog in the local park and that said shapeshifter had recently used Phil's 14-year-old son's visage for purposes unknown. Yet, upon going to confront this shapeshift, instead of what he'd expected, he found a terrified 7-year-old racoon hybrid. When Phil was told they were struggling to find someone to foster him after all of the stunts he'd pulled, there was really only one thing Phil could do.
Tommy is not particularly enthused to be fostered by the man whose son's face he'd stolen. Foster families were bad enough without already having a reason to hate him and without a lock on his powers. There was no kind reason Phil would want him in his custody. He just needs to figure out what type of bad it will be.
(Yes, I'm writing a story with the same basic premise once again. Yes, I am doing so in a genre that is oversaturated on this site. No, I will not apologize.)

“I mean… yeah, let’s go with that in case this ends up on the news,” Siren shrugged, looking back at Tommy. “I kidnapped you, right?”
“Yeah, sure,” Tommy agreed, knowing that if they said he was kidnapped, it would keep people from getting suspicious of why he was seen in public with Siren. “Anyway, can I get the chicken nuggets happy meal, with a coke?”
or, how Tommy—who is not a hero, or a villain, or even a vigilante—saves the life of one of L'Manberg's most feared supervillains, and accidentally ends up becoming the resident doctor for every supervillain in town (and maybe gets a family along the way too).

(Yes the title is from sofia the first, yes I'm laughing at it, I find it funny-)
In which Phil has created the Antarctic Empire from the ground up and takes in Techno and Wilbur along the way, and raises them while also ruling his kingdom. Tommy, sixteen, lives with Tubbo in an orphanage, the two of them running around in the cold streets of their town.
After a hectic day of getting separated from Tubbo, getting into a few fights, and ending up in an entirely new town, he comes across Phil, and saves him from an assassination attempt by smashing a plate over someone's head.
So then both Techno and Wilbur decide to see who this kid is, and Tommy sure is endearing, in the way that the first time they spy on him, he starts a fight in an alleyway over a bag of cookies.
(and then Tommy basically gets kidnapped into the royal family, but like, legally, y’know?)

The undead child doesn't realize he's being turned till his lips brush against- red. A pulse. He's so HUNGRY, he's striking before he can think.
The fangs land true, and Tommy's mind fogs as sweet, fresh blood pools in his mouth. It's different then human blood, he can feel the magic crackling through him. It sings through his fangs, through his veins.
It's not everything he needs, but fuck. It's red, it's blood. The child whines needly, taking another greedy pull.
"Easy there, little mate. I know you're starved, but go slow. It's not going anywhere." Phil the hunter grunts, pain clear in his voice.
"Let me help." Techno offers, sending dread down the child's spine.
Shit, he can't stop. Techno is going to make him stop. Oh shit, no no no. His gums are sore and raw. It hurts when people try to pry open his mouth. It's locked into place, he can't help it.

He closes his hand around it, and feels the fluttering grow quick. Well, now he’s definitely scared it. Is it a butterfly that had been hiding down here the whole time? Why would a hawk put that much effort into trying to catch a single butterfly?
Pulling his hand back out, Techno keeps his fingers curled closed around whatever he’s caught, reaching his other hand up to try and keep the thing from flying away.
He pauses with the sight of a- person. In his palm.
A tiny person.
With wings.
