Seungmin squeezed his eyes shut and tried to will it away. Not now. Not tonight. Not while Felix was already deep into his own heat. He didn’t want to be the reason everything shifted. Everyone was already doing so much. They were already taking care of someone. Felix needed them more than he did.
If he took the suppressants now, his heat might not hit fully. He could go to work tomorrow, get through the week, and no one would ever have to know. It was the right thing to do.
It was an easy choice to make.

Felix revels in the close contact until Chan buries his nose in Felix’s hair and takes the most dramatic, deep inhale. It’s like he’s trying to see if he can suck up Felix’s hair with his nose to tickle his brain.
“Are you smelling me?”
“You smell nice,” Chan says, taking another exaggerated sniff. Felix can’t really imagine how he’d smell nice, after a day out dancing followed by a restaurant visit. Felix pulls his sleeve to his face to see what Chan is talking about. He gets a nose full of smokey, meaty, fried cotton, under it lingers the scent of Chan’s detergent. “I smell like barbecue.”
“Yeah, like I said,” He buries his nose in Felix’s shoulder. “Nice.”

For the longest time, hatred has existed between creatures of the night and creatures of the day. But all of that is put on hold when the world starts falling apart, and a family of mythical beings from the night and a family from the day get thrown together into a quest to save it.
Or in other words: this is an extreme fantasy au, all of stray kids are some kind of cliche mythical creature, im multifandom and other kpop idols will appear, and i like happy endings.

Their conversation was cut short by the sound of a low growl coming from the shadows, and the two Slayers wasted no time in unsheathing their katanas, the brilliant blue and crimson red blades glinting in the moonlight.
"Try not to get in my way," Minho huffed, stepping towards the shadows with his weapon raised.
"Touche."
OR Stray Kids are badass demon slayers involved in a 400-year war, they all have magical powers and use swords, and Minsung hate each other's guts but are "cursed" to be partners. It's a wild ride to say the least.
IN LIGHT OF RECENT EVENTS I will be putting this story on a temporary short hiatus so I can re work this story to be OT8. The plot I'd built for this was heavily reliant on OT9 pairings but I no longer want to include Woojin in this story. I'll be back soon <3 (This will mean me also kinda rewriting the already posted chapters)
