Summary
Rudo and Regto are banished to the pit when he is only ten years old after they are framed for murder. They land in a garbage field of poison air, trash beasts, and a future scraped together from whatever they can salvage.
Nothing was trash to Rudo. Every item is important and he'd fix all of them if he could. How was he supposed to know that they seemed to care about him too?
Or.. Regto does everything he can for Rudo on the ground even if it means risking it all when they join the Cleaners.

“Hello.” Rudo greets a bit awkwardly, leaning over the box. He can feel the gloves analyzing him with its anima as it seems to wake up from a deep slumber. It notices his scarred hands, then searches the room.
[Speak, gloves. He can hear us.] Regto’s book says tersely.
Rudo’s never heard it sound so annoyed before.
The gloves turn their attention back to Rudo. [Do not wear me.]
Something unheard is now being listened to. Rudo isn't entirely alone since he has his gloves, and they are determined to protect him even as his world gets shattered.
Or: Rudo can hear jinkis, and at ten years old he is dropped into the pit.

Zanka had taken it upon himself to not be deterred by self-doubt and any form of second-guessing. This is the best fate he can cast upon himself, making his own destiny while proving to anyone who has seen him as this weak, useless Omega that they’re wrong.
Plain and simple.
Climb the mountain. Face the creature. Defeat it. Return with proof and the title of hero. Prove that an Omega did not need to be anyone’s anything. Right at the face of his own blood family.
Plain and simple, or so he thought.
Zanka comes to end Enjin, the Beast of the Mountain.
But the Fate has other plans for them.

It couldn't be that bad.

It had been around a year since Zanka had first taken up Jabber’s offer of an off duty fight, and following then it had become somewhat of a regular occurrence. In fact, it wouldn't have been crazy to call the two friends… kinda. But one night, Jabber decided to throw a wrench in their little routine in the strangest way possible, by bringing Zanka some random baby he’d found abandoned in some polluted zone. Why had he done this? Because he was high at the time and thought it would be hilarious to see the look on the cleaner's face. Though in the morning when he sobered up, Jabber still wanted to keep it. And for whatever reason, Zanka did too.
“Doesn’t the kid totally look like she could be our daughter! See, she’s even got your weird striped eyebrows.” If Zanka had the energy he would punch him.
Or: Two idiots impulsively adopt a baby and now have to figure out how to simultaneously raise the kid, keep her a secret, and deal with their growing feelings for each other.
