This is a series is about Future!Adrien's bad future. It will be darker than the normal series. It will contain themes of homicide, mass murder, self destruction, and euthanasia. If these are themes that may hurt you, you may want to skip this series. It will be updated sporadically and may be edited as my beta reader looks as scenes from this series.
This series is not required to understand Replay, and all relevant scenes will be placed into Replay as needed. This is mostly an exercise to better understand Future!Adrien and his issues related to the worst day of his life.

A normal mission ends with Leo questioning his place on the team. Mystic rings are not to be trifled with.
This is mid-s2 (specifically right before the hidden city episodes!), so Leo's portaling skills and overall ninjocity are basically nonexistent.

Summary
Thanks to a few too many all-nighters with Jinu leading up to the Idol Awards, Rumi passes out on the way back home to the tower, having forgotten to answer several important questions or follow up with anyone.
Mira and Zoey don't know what deal she made with Gwi-ma to get her patterns, but they've agreed that they have to keep her safe. Celine CANNOT find out about the deal, so they're dodging her calls.
Celine doesn't know what happened at the Idol Awards, where the Honmoon went, where the new Honmoon came from, and why Rumi asked what she did, but Zoey and Mira aren't answering their phones and the news is no help. So she's rushing to Seoul to find out what happened in person and to see whether her daughter is safe.
Bobby knows the Namsan Tower performance was completely unplanned and he's starting to wonder if he needs to help his girls hide some bodies.

But as soon as he tried to stop himself, the words came tumbling out regardless; like an avalanche from his mouth, just as heavy and just as deadly. Curse this concussion. Curse the Hamato line. Curse his stupid, heroic fate. “D’you hate me? For hurting you? For almost killing you? In more than one way- I got you stuck in the Prison Dimension.”
A long, LONG silence unfolded between them. Stretching out and out into eternity. When Leo went to speak again, his voice was unsteady; caught off-guard. Wet with confusion and heartbreak. Asking,
“Raph… Where is this coming from? What the hell are you talking about?”Raphael knows what he's good for. He also knows it's gonna kill him eventually- the only question is when and how. His brothers really don't seem to like that. He can't imagine why.

Leo blinked at the weird accusation, "Wha? Oh, Dee, I told you to throw that thing out."
"Yeah! You did!" Donnie bit out.
"Donnie," Raph started to move forward, "What's-"
"So, then, who are you?" Donnie snarled.
Leo smiled, "I'm Leo."
"Which. Part." Donnie began, stomping towards him until Mikey jumped in the way.
Or, Leo gets struck by a mystic beam that splits him into five parts of himself; literally.
And they don't seem interested in coming back together
