Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.

Months after Caine's accident, the circus is thriving. Everyone has gotten much closer since discovering Caine's true identity, and Caine himself has recovered nicely. And not having any responsibilities he's much less stressed.
Now the sole admin of the Circus, Kinger is working on a way to undo the abstractions. He's already greatly improved life in the circus by remodeling the place and reducing the amount of adventures, but the thing that everyone wants is to bring back their lost friends and loved ones.
And maybe along the way the Bauer family can get justice for themselves.

Summary
Kinger accidentally deletes Caine, but as the Ringmaster welcomes death, he wakes up in a world he forgot he was a part of. A human used by C&A and fed the lie that he was an artificial intelligence living in a world he created, when in fact, none of it was real. As Caine is left to piece together his broken memories and remember his life on earth, his paths cross with the humans used to create the mind files of his past circus members, helping him answer the question, "What is my purpose?"

As Caine comes to terms with regaining his unknown humanity and searching for his forgotten past, he finds solace in the care of Christine; a girl with Pomni’s voice and attributes but no recollection of the circus itself. Now, 16 years after the incident and after going through CBT and extensive exposure therapy, Sun's physicist signed him up for a temporary job as an assistant in marine biology to help him overcome his thalassophobia and it's there that he encounters the same mer that attacked him and caused him to develop thalassophobia to begin with!
And, if that wasn't bizarre enough, Sun is somehow able to communicate with the aggressive mer while everyone else can only hear hisses, trills, whistles, and clicks.
